Location

In the heart of the Playa Dorada hotel zone, the hotel is approx. 100 m from the beach and is located in close proximity to a golf course. Puerto Plata is approx. 3 km away. Puerto Plata Airport is about a 20-minute drive away.

Facilities

The Adults Only hotel complex with 245 rooms features a reception, 4 bars (including pool bar, chill-out bar without alcohol), night bar, beach bar), main restaurant, 3 à la carte restaurants (fish restaurant, Chinese cuisine, grill), a snack bar, souvenir shop, fitness center, spa, and theatre. There are loungers and Suns umbrellas by the 3 swimming pools. The pool bar has a seating terrace and the beach bar is partially covered.

Seasonal Note

For stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period. The beach and the sea are affected. The hotel management and local authorities are of course endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local authorities. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates some noise.
