Puerto Plata Airport is approx. 33 kilometers away, the city of Puerto Plata is 9 kilometers, Sosúa is 25 kilometers, and Cabarete is 35 kilometers away.

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are often found in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and sea. The hotel management and local authorities are of course endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the local authorities. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates some noise.
