Built in Caribbean style, the hotel impresses with its spacious and inviting architecture and offers 606 rooms spread over 3 floors. In the main building, you will find the inviting lobby with a reception, a buffet restaurant, 7 bars (snack bar, pool bar, lobby bar), 5 à la carte restaurants (Italian, Brazilian, Mediterranean, Greek, and Gourmet restaurant) and a souvenir shop. In the palm-lined outdoor area, there are 2 beautiful freshwater swimming pools, a children's pool, a water park, a pool bar, a whirlpool, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers and towels are included at the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex.

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal Note

During stays between April and December, an increased presence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are of course endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the local authorities. However, this requires the use of corresponding equipment, which generates a slight noise level.
