The hotel is situated approximately 200 meters from its own private sandy beach. Manavgat, with its many shopping and entertainment options, is about 6 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available nearby.

The modern adults-only hotel (ages 16 and up) has a total of 96 rooms spread across eight floors (elevators available). Various amenities include an impressive lobby with a reception area and comfortable seating, a restaurant, and several bars. A well-equipped spa area is at your disposal. There is also a hair salon and various shops (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included. The attractively designed outdoor area features a pool, sun terraces, and a pool bar with a snack bar. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are included for our guests here and at the beach area (distributed in the spa area). Food and drinks at the beach are subject to a charge.

The modernly furnished rooms consist of one room, are approx. 25 m² in size, and are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, minibar, LCD/LED TV with music channel, rental safe, laminate flooring, balcony, and land view (D). DR=SR for single use (DE). Top floor is bookable under (DA).

With similar facilities to the double rooms, they feature a direct sea view (DSU). DR=SR for single use (DSE). Available on select dates in limited numbers with more favorable conditions (DAS).

Swim-up room

With similar facilities to the double rooms, these are more spacious (approx. 35 m²) and have direct access to the communal pool (SWD). DR=SR for single use (SWE).
