Location

Separated from the gently sloping, narrow fine sandy beach only by the beach promenade, approx. 500 m from Side and approx. 6 km from Manavgat. Numerous restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as the ancient ruins of Side, are in the immediate vicinity. Public minibus connections are available at the hotel.

The green complex, spread over a total of 12,000 m², consists of 103 small bungalows, a reception with a safe (for a fee) and a restaurant with an outdoor terrace directly on the famous beach promenade of Side. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area, and available for a fee in other areas of the hotel complex as well as in the rooms. There is also a bar, an à-la-carte restaurant (International), and a hairdresser. In the well-maintained garden area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with an integrated children's pool. Sun loungers, mattresses, and sunshades are included for our guests. Beach towels are available for a fee.

Double room

The simply furnished rooms are located in the garden area and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), mini-fridge (for a fee), satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi (for a fee), telephone, and a small terrace.

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but slightly smaller.

Single room

These rooms are smaller than the double rooms, with otherwise the same amenities.

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet (June-mid-September), otherwise table service), coffee/tea and cake in the afternoon. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as various fruit juice concentrates from 10:30 am to 10:00 pm.

Not included in All Inclusive

Imported drinks, all cocktails and drinks after 10:00 pm, freshly squeezed fruit juices, Turkish coffee, food and drinks in the à-la-carte restaurant, and mini-fridge. Telephone and fax charges, as well as laundry and doctor services.
