The hotel in Side is located just a ten-minute walk from the picturesque old town of Side. Manavgat town center is about 9 km away, and public minibus connections are nearby. Antalya Airport is approximately 62 km away.

This hotel, popular with German tourists, offers a total of 140 rooms spread across a two-part main building with four floors. Central facilities include a pleasant lobby area with comfortable seating, reception, TV corner, elevators, Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area, restaurant, and rooms. There is an à la carte restaurant (once per stay, with reservation and subject to availability), a main restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting), and a small wellness area with an indoor pool (open in winter). Additionally, there is a kiosk and a hairdresser (both at a fee). The well-maintained outdoor area features a lovely freshwater swimming pool, pool/snackbar, and sun terrace. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included here and at the beach.
