The elegantly furnished holiday complex has 270 rooms. The interior includes a reception area with a lobby and comfortable seating. Wi-Fi is included in some hotel areas and rooms. Further facilities include a main restaurant, a patisserie, several bars, a coffee shop, an open-air nightclub bar, and various à la carte restaurants (one dinner in one of the restaurants is included with a minimum stay of 7 nights, with reservation and subject to availability; one of them is at a charge). Various shops and a hairdresser are available at a charge. The outdoor area features a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, and an aquapark PALOMAQUA with several water slides for adults and children. Sun loungers and beach towels are included.

Double Room

The rooms, approx. 21 sqm, are comfortably furnished and consist of an open-plan bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central, weather-dependent), safe, minibar, flat-screen satellite TV, direct dial telephone, kettle with coffee/tea set, tiled floor, and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM).

Junior Suite

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, these suites are significantly larger (approx. 37 sqm). They feature a separate bathroom and a living/sleeping area with a French bed and sofa bed, and have garden view (JS2).

Family Suite

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, these suites additionally have a living room and a separate bathroom, and are approx. 40 sqm. Upon request, a baby package with a bottle warmer, bathtub, baby monitor, and bottle sterilizer (available for a deposit upon request and subject to availability) can be provided in the room (2FS).

Family Room

These family rooms, with otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, feature two rooms with a connecting door and two showers/WCs (integrated into the room and can be closed with a frosted glass door). Upon request, a baby package with a bottle warmer, bathtub, baby monitor, and bottle sterilizer (available for a deposit upon request and subject to availability) can be provided in the room (DF2).

Breakfast with orange juice, lunch and dinner (organic food available seasonally) served buffet-style, late riser's breakfast, Turkish and international snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries at the patisserie, ice cream hours, and midnight snacks. Various local alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and some imported drinks are available 24 hours at the respective open bars. Dinner at one of the two à la carte restaurants is included once per stay, subject to availability and prior reservation (for stays of at least one week). The minibar is stocked daily with soft drinks, water, and beer.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Other imported drinks, the grill à la carte restaurant, room service, doctor/laundry service, as well as the beach pavilions and double sun loungers.

Sports included

10 tennis courts (8 quartz courts, 2 clay courts) with own equipment, fitness room, mini football, beach volleyball, basketball, darts, aerobics, step, stretching, yoga, boccia, and table tennis. Catamaran only for experienced sailors with license and after a successful check-up by the station manager, golf driving range with a short course for beginners.

Two red clay tennis courts, rental of tennis rackets and balls, tennis lessons, floodlights, catamaran and surf school, and equipment rental. Additionally, 2 padel courts are available (reservation required).
