The elegantly furnished holiday resort features 270 rooms. The interior design includes a reception area with a lobby and comfortable seating. Wi-Fi is included in some hotel areas and in the rooms. Further facilities include a main restaurant, a patisserie, several bars, a coffee shop, an open-air night club bar, and various à-la-carte restaurants (one dinner included per stay of at least 7 nights in one of the restaurants, subject to reservation and availability; one of these is for an extra charge). Various shops and a hairdresser are available for an extra charge. In the outdoor area, there is a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and the PALOMAQUA aquapark with several water slides for adults and children. Sun loungers and bath towels are included.

Double room

These approx. 21 m² comfortably furnished rooms consist of an integrated bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled, weather-dependent), safe, minibar, flat-screen satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, electric kettle with coffee/tea set, tiled floor, and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE). Rooms with sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM).

Junior suite

The suites are significantly larger (approx. 37 m²) but offer similar amenities to the double rooms. They consist of a separate bathroom and a living/bedroom area with a French bed and a sofa bed, and feature a garden view (JS2).

Family suite

These feature similar amenities to the double rooms but additionally include a living room as well as a separate bathroom and are approx. 40 m² in size. Upon request, a package for your baby including a bottle warmer, baby bath, baby monitor, and bottle sterilizer can be provided in your room (subject to a deposit, on request and availability) (2FS).

Family room

These family rooms feature similar amenities to the double rooms but include two rooms with a connecting door as well as two showers/WCs (integrated into the room and can be closed off with a frosted glass door). Upon request, a package for your baby including a bottle warmer, baby bath, baby monitor, and bottle sterilizer can be provided in your room (subject to a deposit, on request and availability) (DF2).

Breakfast with orange juice, lunch and dinner (organic food available depending on the season) in buffet style, late-riser breakfast, Turkish and international snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries at the patisserie, ice cream hours, and midnight snacks. Various local alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and some imported beverages are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Dinner in one of the two à-la-carte restaurants is available once per stay (for stays of at least one week), subject to availability and advance reservation. The minibar is restocked daily with soft drinks, water, and beer.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Additional imported beverages, the grill à-la-carte restaurant, room service, doctor/laundry service, as well as the beach pavilions and double sun loungers.

Sports included

10 tennis courts (8 quartz courts, 2 clay courts) with own equipment, fitness room, mini-football, beach volleyball, basketball, darts, aerobics, step, stretching, yoga, bocce, and table tennis. Catamaran sailing is only for experienced sailors with a license and after a successful check-up by the station manager; golf driving range with a short course for beginners.

Sports for a fee

Two red clay tennis courts, rental of tennis rackets and balls, tennis lessons, floodlights, catamaran sailing, and surf school as well as equipment rental. Additionally, 2 padel courts are available (reservation required).
