The hotel is located in Titreyengöl, approximately 300m from the beach, which is within walking distance. A complimentary shuttle service runs from the hotel every 20 minutes during the day. The hotel features 407 rooms spread across seven floors with elevator access. The interior includes a lobby with a reception area, comfortable seating groups, a lobby bar, and a lounge. Additionally, the hotel offers a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (subject to availability and reservation), Wi-Fi throughout the premises and on the beach (included), conference rooms, several bars, a snack bar, and a discotheque, as well as various shops and a hairdresser (charges apply for the latter). The pool area comprises several freshwater swimming pools, a pool bar, a separate children's pool, six water slides, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided free of charge on the beach (with a beach bar) and at the pool.
Winter:
- The beach is open depending on weather conditions; no umbrellas, loungers, or mattresses are available on the beach.
- The beach bar is not operational.
- Water slides are closed; the pool can be used depending on weather conditions.

Accommodation

Double Room

The tastefully furnished double rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, minibar, LCD satellite TV, telephone, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Double rooms with a side sea view (for winter 25/26, DMS) or sea view (DM) can be booked at an additional charge. Double room can also be booked for single occupancy (DE/DES/DEM).

These rooms have the same amenities as double rooms but with a French balcony (SSZ). Double room can also be booked for single occupancy (SSE).

Family Room

Family rooms, with otherwise similar amenities to double rooms, feature two bathrooms and two bedrooms with an interconnecting door (DF2).

Double Room Childfriendly

These rooms have similar amenities to double rooms, are fewer in number, and offered at more favorable rates for families with children up to 2+2 occupancy (DA).
