Located directly on the Manavgat River, in the popular holiday area of Side-Titreyengöl, approx. 250 m from the hotel's own pebble/sand beach, which can be reached through a pine forest. The centre of Side with its numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities, bars and restaurants is approx. 7 km away, the centre of Manavgat approx. 5 km. Public transport is available.

The luxury class hotel offers, in addition to its 554 rooms on seven floors with elevators, a large reception hall with seating areas and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in public areas and rooms. Main restaurant with outdoor terrace (weather permitting), two à la carte restaurants (reservation required and subject to availability, one of the two included for stays of seven nights or more) and a patisserie. Various shops, game room (both for a fee), disco, conference rooms, indoor pool with children's pool (heated from 15.3-15.4, weather permitting) and a spa and wellness centre. In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a large freshwater swimming pool, a separate children's pool, as well as pool and snack bars, and a separate pool with six water slides (weather permitting, 1.5-15.10/hourly). Sun loungers with integrated mattresses and umbrellas by the pools and on the beach are included.

The modern and elegantly furnished rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safety deposit box, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, LED satellite TV, laminate flooring, balcony and river view (D2F). Double room for single use (D1F). Rooms with pool view (PD) and sea view can be booked at an extra charge (DM). Double room for single use (PDE) & (DEM).

Family Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms offer an additional bedroom with a connecting door and a bathroom (DF2).

Family Room Type A

With the same amenities as the family rooms, these rooms have two bathrooms (2FA).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites, with the same amenities, consist of a bedroom and a living room, measuring approximately 56 m², and have a sea view (J2M).

Breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form and diet corner, late riser breakfast, snacks available at certain hours during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream and midnight snack or soup. All drinks are served at the table in the main restaurant. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are available around the clock at the respective open bars. The minibar is replenished daily with water, soft drinks and beer. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
