Located directly on the Manavgat River, in the popular holiday area of Side-Titreyengöl, approx. 250 m from the hotel's own pebble/sand beach; you can reach the beach by walking through a pine forest. The center of Side, with its numerous shopping and entertainment venues, bars, and restaurants, is approx. 7 km away; the center of Manavgat is approx. 5 km away. Public transport is available.

In addition to 573 rooms spread over seven floors with elevators, this luxury hotel offers a large lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in public areas and rooms. Main restaurant with outdoor terrace (weather permitting), two à la carte restaurants (each with reservation and subject to availability; one of the two is included for stays of seven nights or more), and a patisserie. Various shops, game room (each for a fee), disco, conference rooms, indoor pool with children's pool (heated from 15.3–15.4, weather permitting), and a spa and wellness center. The well-maintained grounds include a large freshwater swimming pool, a separate children's pool, a pool/snack bar, and a separate pool with six water slides (weather permitting 1.5–15.10/hourly). Sun loungers and umbrellas at the pools and beach are included.

Double Room

The modern and elegantly furnished rooms offer shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe (for hire), minibar, coffee/tea setup, LED satellite TV, laminate flooring, balcony, and river view (D2F). Double room = single room for sole use (D1F). Rooms with pool view (PD) and sea view (DM) can be booked at an additional cost. Double room = single room for sole use (PDE) & (DEM).

Family Room

Featuring the same amenities as the double rooms, these offer an additional bedroom with a connecting door and a bathroom (DF2).

Family Room Type A

With the same amenities as the family rooms, these rooms feature two bathrooms (2FA).

Junior Suite

With the same amenities, the junior suites consist of a bedroom and a living area, approx. 56 m² in size, with a sea view (J2M).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style with a diet corner, late-riser breakfast, snacks at hourly intervals during the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream, as well as a midnight snack or soup. In the main restaurant, all drinks are served at the table. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and some imported drinks are included around the clock at the respective open bars. The minibar is refilled daily with water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
