Location

The holiday hotel is located in the Titreyengöl area, directly on the extensive sand/gravel beach. The district town of Manavgat is approx. 5 km away and Antalya Airport is approx. 63 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The holiday resort for carefree holidays consists of a building with five floors (elevators are available) and a total of 493 rooms. Amenities include the attractive reception hall with reception, inviting seating areas, various bars, the main restaurant with terrace, and various à la carte restaurants (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. In the shopping arcade with various shops, you will also find a hairdresser (each for a fee), a heated indoor pool and a fitness center. The garden area features the aquapark with several water slides, a heated outdoor pool, children's pool, water play park, and a relax pool for adults (16 years and over). At the pool and on the hotel's own beach section with a beach bar, sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels (changed once daily) are available to our guests free of charge. Pavilions are available on the beach with reservation and for a fee.

Accommodation

Superior Standard Room

The rooms consist of a double and a single bed, as well as a shower/WC, air conditioning (VRF system), telephone, bathrobe, slippers, kettle, coffee/tea setup, parquet flooring, safe, and balcony. They also offer a sofa bed, which is visually separated from the bedroom (DSU). Sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DMU). Double room for single use (DSE/DME).

Duplex Family Room

The family rooms consist of two rooms in maisonette style (2DF). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional charge (F2D).

Superior Swim-Up Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these additionally offer direct access to the communal pool (SWD). Sea view can be booked at an additional charge. Sea view rooms have their own pool (MBS). Double room for single use (SWE/EBS). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Family Swim-Up

The family rooms consist of two rooms and offer direct access to the communal pool (FSU). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional charge. Sea view rooms have their own pool (UF2). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these feature 2 bedrooms separated by a door. One of the rooms has a double bed and the other room has 2 single beds, a balcony, and garden view (DF2). Sea view can be booked at an additional charge (F2M).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast with fresh orange juice, lunch and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and a midnight snack. All drinks are served at the table; various local and some imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks by the glass are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks upon arrival and refilled daily.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Bottled imported drinks, bottled wine, champagne, cognac, whiskey (reservation required, for a fee).

Sports included

Beach volleyball, boccia, jogging, tennis, darts, gymnastics, aerobics, table tennis, and a fitness room.
