The modern hotel complex is expected to open its doors in summer 2025 and extends over a total area of approx. 80,000 m² with a total of 300 rooms on five floors (elevators available). The holiday resort's amenities include the elegant lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas and lobby bar, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, the buffet restaurant with terrace, a separate children's restaurant in summer, various à la carte restaurants (reservation required, one à la carte restaurant included for stays of min. 5 nights), several bars, a discotheque and a patisserie. Furthermore, a hairdresser and various shops (each for a fee). A game room with several attractions, a conference room, and the spa and wellness center (each for a fee). An indoor pool with a children's pool is also available. The beautiful hotel garden features a spacious swimming pool landscape with sun terraces, a pool/snackbar, and a separate children's pool. There is also an aqua pool with water slides (open hourly and depending on weather). Sun loungers and umbrellas are included for guests here and at the hotel's own beach section with beach/snackbar (March 21 - November 10). Bath towels are available free of charge.

Double room with partial sea view

The rooms, approx. 46 m², have a shower/WC, hairdryer, a double bed and a single bed, individually adjustable air conditioning, Smart Sat-TV, direct dial telephone, safe, coffee/tea set-up and capsule coffee machine, minibar, parquet flooring, and a balcony with partial sea view (DMS). Sea view (DM) or sea view and whirlpool rooms (DJW) can be booked at an additional cost. DZ=EZ for single use (DES/DEM/EJW).

Double room with swim-up access

With similar amenities to the Superior Double Rooms, these are larger (approx. 66 m²) and have direct access to the pool and partial sea view (SWD). DZ=EZ for single use (SWE).

Double room with direct pool access

With similar amenities to the Swim-Up Double Rooms (approx. 66 m²), they feature a combined living/sleeping area and have direct access to the communal pool and sea view (PZ2). DZ=EZ for single use (PZ1).

Suite

The rooms, approx. 70 m², have similar amenities to the Standard Double Rooms, consist of a combined bedroom/living room, feature a terrace with garden furniture, and have direct access to the pool as well as free cabanas on the beach (S2). DZ=EZ for single use (S1).

Duplex Suite sea view

The rooms, approx. 70 m², have similar amenities to the Lagoon Suites, consist of a combined bedroom/living room (mezzanine style), feature a terrace with garden furniture, and have direct access to the pool as well as free cabanas on the beach (IX2). DZ=EZ for single use (IX1).

Honeymoon double room

These rooms, approx. 52 m², have a whirlpool on the terrace and sea view. Upon arrival, guests receive a bottle of sparkling wine, a fruit basket, and pastries, a continental breakfast in the room on the second day, and a complimentary visit to an à la carte restaurant (HOD).

Family room with partial sea view

These rooms, approx. 57 m², have similar amenities to the Superior Family Suite and feature two bedrooms, a shower/WC, a balcony, and a partial sea view (FS2). Sea view can be booked at an additional cost (F2M).

These rooms, approx. 78 m², have similar amenities to the Family Rooms and feature 2 bedrooms, 2 showers/2 WCs, hairdryer, a double bed and a sofa bed, individually adjustable air conditioning, Smart Sat-TV, direct dial telephone, safe, coffee/tea set-up and capsule coffee machine, minibar, parquet flooring, and two balconies with partial sea view (FSS). Sea view (2FU) can be booked at an additional cost.

Penthouse Suite

These luxurious rooms are approx. 82 m² and feature a whirlpool on the terrace and sea view, a bedroom, and a combined living/sleeping area, free cabana on the beach, and special tea/coffee varieties. The minibar is stocked daily with alcoholic beverages and soft drinks. Upon arrival, guests receive a bottle of wine and a fruit basket. Complimentary à la carte restaurant use and room service are included.

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets (with diet corner), various international and local snacks throughout the day at the beach and by the pool, coffee/tea and pastries at the patisserie in the afternoon, and a midnight buffet. Various local non-alcoholic and some alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the bars and in the discotheque. The minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks, and beer upon arrival and refilled daily as needed.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Visits to the Terralzakaya à la carte restaurant and "The Divo Lounge" at Terralzakaya Bar, other visits to à la carte restaurants, some imported drinks, bottled beverages, and luxury spirits, as well as freshly squeezed juices are subject to a charge.
