The modern hotel complex covers a total area of approx. 80,000 m², with a total of 300 rooms spread across five floors (elevators available). The holiday complex offers a lobby with a reception, comfortable seating areas and lobby bar, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, a separate children's restaurant in summer, various à la carte restaurants (reservation required, one à la carte restaurant included once for stays of min. 5 nights), several bars, a nightclub, and a patisserie. There is also a hairdresser and various shops (all for a fee). A game room with several attractions, a conference room, and the spa and wellness center (all for a fee) are also available. An indoor pool with a children's pool is also available. The beautiful hotel gardens feature a spacious swimming pool landscape with sun terraces, a pool/snackbar, and a separate children's pool. There is also an aqua pool with water slides (open at certain hours and depending on the weather). Sun loungers and umbrellas are included for guests by the pool and on the hotel's private beach section with a beach bar/snackbar (April 18 - November 16). Bath towels are available free of charge.

The rooms, measuring approx. 36-45 m², feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, one double and one single bed, individually adjustable air conditioning, Smart Sat-TV, direct dial telephone, safe, coffee/tea set-up and capsule coffee machine, minibar, parquet flooring, and a balcony with sea view (DM). Rooms with sea view and whirlpool are available for an extra charge (DJW). Double rooms can be booked as single occupancy (DEM/EJW).

Double room with land view

The rooms, measuring approx. 36-45 m², feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, one double and one single bed, individually adjustable air conditioning, Smart Sat-TV, direct dial telephone, safe, coffee/tea set-up and capsule coffee machine, minibar, parquet flooring, and a balcony with land view (D). Double room Swim-Up

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms are larger (approx. 66 m²) and have direct access to the pool with a land view (SWD). Double rooms can be booked as single occupancy (SWE).

Double room with direct pool access

With similar amenities to the double rooms (approx. 56-62 m²), these rooms have a combined living/sleeping area and offer direct access to the communal pool and sea view (PZ2). Double rooms can be booked as single occupancy (PZ1).

Lagoon Suite

The rooms, measuring approx. 59 m², have amenities similar to the double rooms with direct pool access, consist of a combined sleeping/living area, feature a terrace with garden furniture, and offer access to the communal pool as well as free cabanas on the beach (S2). Double rooms can be booked as single occupancy (S1).

Duplex Lagoon Suite

The rooms, measuring approx. 31 m², have amenities similar to the Lagoon Suites, consist of a combined sleeping/living area (mezzanine style), feature a terrace with garden furniture, and offer direct access to the communal pool as well as free cabanas on the beach (S2X). Double rooms can be booked as single occupancy (SX1).

Family room

These rooms, measuring approx. 50 m², have amenities similar to the Superior Family Suite and feature two bedrooms, a shower/WC, and a balcony with land view (F2G). Sea view is available for an extra charge (F2M).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet (with diet corner), international and local snacks by the beach and pool throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie in the afternoon, and a midnight buffet. Various local non-alcoholic and some alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the bars and in the nightclub. The minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks, and beer upon arrival and refilled daily as needed.

Visits to the Terralzakaya à la carte restaurant and "The Divo Lounge" at the Terralzakaya Bar, further visits to the à la carte restaurants, some imported drinks, bottled beverages, and premium spirits, as well as freshly squeezed juices are subject to a charge.
