This exclusive property is located directly on the hotel's own 220 m long sandy beach and is approx. 1 km from the famous ancient city of Side. Manavgat is approx. 3 km away and Antalya Airport is approx. 65 km away. Taxi and public minibus connections are available directly at the hotel.

Spread over an area of 107,000 m² and built in a traditional style, this holiday residence offers a total of 429 rooms distributed across several side buildings, each with three floors (lifts available). The impressive lobby features a reception area with comfortable seating. Other facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (some for a fee and by prior reservation; with a minimum stay of 7 nights, one visit to one of the complimentary à-la-carte restaurants is included, reservation subject to availability), a complimentary snack à-la-carte restaurant, various bars, and a patisserie. A game hall, several shops, and a hairdresser are available for a fee. The extensive garden area features a large freshwater swimming pool, an activity pool (heated depending on weather conditions), an aquapark with 5 water slides (weather permitting), an aqua tower for children with 3 slides, as well as a relaxation pool (ages 15+) and a Kneipp therapy pool. Sun loungers and pads are available both here and on the beach, which also features a beach bar and snack à-la-carte restaurant.

Deluxe Room

The stylishly furnished rooms feature a whirlpool with integrated shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobe and slippers, pillow menu, turn-down service, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, minibar, capsule coffee machine, LCD satellite TV with music channel, direct-dial telephone, Wi-Fi (included), marble floor, and balcony (DD2). DZ=EZ for single use (DD1).

Family Room (Duplex)

With the same amenities as the deluxe rooms, these are split over two levels. The lower floor features a bathroom/whirlpool/WC and a bedroom with a double bed and connecting door. The upper floor features a shower/WC and two single beds, each with an LCD satellite TV and minibar (DF2).

Family Suite

With the same amenities as the family rooms, these offer two bedrooms on one level with a connecting door (2FS).

Deluxe Suite

With the same amenities, these are more spacious than the deluxe rooms, have a French balcony, and additionally offer a living room with a second LCD satellite TV (2DS).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast (fresh fruit juices and smoothie drinks included), lunch, and dinner from the rich buffet. Vegan and gluten-free food are available in the main restaurant. Late-riser breakfast, international and Turkish snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, 24-hour ice cream service. One à-la-carte restaurant visit is included once for stays of at least 7 nights (with prior reservation and subject to availability, excluding Teppanyaki and Olea by the Sea à-la-carte). Various local and imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (hotel-selected brands) included 24 hours at the open bars. The minibar is replenished daily with water, soft drinks, beer, small bottles of red and white wine, as well as snacks and chocolate.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

À-la-carte restaurants, premium imported drinks, special local and imported wines, as well as beach pavilions with catering service (by reservation).

Sports included

Table tennis, darts, boccia, beach volleyball, and archery. From summer 2026, Fitness First will be included.

Sports for a fee

Fitness First Platinum (included for international members, excluding special programs) with special programs. In addition, the hotel offers 32 clay tennis courts, 2 paddle tennis courts, one with floodlights (one of which is for children, also with floodlights), tennis lessons from the PCT tennis school, and tennis equipment rental. The tennis courts are approx. 700 m away and are located outside the resort; a free shuttle service operates several times a day. Five pickleball courts.

For the little ones, the "Mima" Mini Club is open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. with a restaurant (for lunch, during peak season), a children's pool (heated and weather permitting), and an aqua tower with 3 slides in the aquapark. Children aged 0-3 years have access to a baby room with cots (under parental supervision). Children aged 4-7 and 8-12 are looked after in the playroom, art room, and cinema. The Teenager Club provides supervision for children aged 13-17 during specific hours from 10 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. High chairs in the restaurant are available on request.

Wellness

In the hotel's own "Samara Spa" brand on four floors, use of the Turkish bath and sauna is included. Whirlpool, shock shower, massages, and various treatments are available for a fee.
