The hotel's wide pebble/sand beach is approximately 300 m away and easily accessible via an underpass beneath the Antalya-Alanya connecting road; a shuttle service is available. The popular resort towns of Manavgat and Side are approximately 17 km away and can be quickly and easily reached thanks to taxi and public minibus connections directly in front of the hotel. Antalya Airport is approximately 85 km away.

The hotel opens its doors in June 2026 and features a total of 404 modernly designed rooms spread across two wings, each with six floors. A variety of comfortable facilities ensure carefree holidays: an impressive lobby with reception, elevators, stylish seating areas, and a lobby bar, as well as free Wi-Fi throughout the complex. Culinary delights await guests in a spacious main restaurant with a terrace (seasonal) and several à la carte restaurants, which can be used once a week by reservation. Various bars complement the offering. An indoor pool with a separate children's pool, which is heated seasonally (closed from June 1 to October 14), invites relaxation, as does the appealing wellness area. In the extensive garden, there is an amphitheater for evening entertainment and an attractive pool landscape with a main pool, a Serenity Pool for adults aged 16 and over (seasonally heated), and an aquapark with five water slides for adults, as well as a separate children's aquapark with five water slides (hourly, seasonally and weather-dependent heating). Spacious sun terraces complete the offering. Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and bath towels are available free of charge at the pools and on the beach with a jetty.

Further amenities include a modern bathroom with a shower cubicle and toilet, individually adjustable air conditioning, a kettle with a tea and coffee set. Direct dial telephone, LCD TV with digital satellite reception, safe, hairdryer, bathrobe, and slippers. A balcony with a side sea view ensures relaxed holiday moments (DMS). Double rooms for single use are also available (DES). Rooms with direct sea view are available at an extra charge (DM), also as double rooms for single use (DEM).

The spacious rooms feature a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and two single beds (100 x 200 cm or 90 x 200 cm) and are connected by a connecting door. The comfortable amenities include a bathroom with a shower cubicle and toilet, individually adjustable air conditioning, direct dial telephone, LCD TV with digital satellite reception, safe, hairdryer.
