Summer:
The hotel complex has 482 rooms. Amenities include a spacious lobby with reception, lifts, inviting seating areas, a buffet restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (each included once per week, subject to availability and advance reservation; use of the Curio à la carte restaurant and additional use of other à la carte restaurants is available for a fee and with advance reservation), several bars, a patisserie, a disco, and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool (heated from 1.11-31.4, depending on weather conditions). Various shops and conference rooms are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is free of charge in the general areas of the resort and in the rooms. The pool area includes several seasonally opened pools as well as a pool bar (seasonal), two separate children's pools, and an aquapark with seven water slides. Sun loungers, parasols, and towels are available at the beach and pool.
Winter:
- All outdoor facilities are closed.
- A bar on the beach is open at the hotelier's discretion, depending on weather conditions.
- Teenager club is closed.

Accommodation

Double room

The comfortably furnished rooms in the main building are equipped with a twin or French bed, sofa, shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly), satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), safe, coffee/tea setup, minibar, and balcony (D). Sea view available at an extra charge (DM). DZ=EZ can be booked for single use (DE).

Deluxe room

These consist of a French bed and terrace, with otherwise the same equipment, size, and location as the double rooms (DD2).

Bungalow room

The rooms in the garden area are slightly smaller than the double rooms but offer the same equipment, featuring individually adjustable air conditioning (BZ2). DZ=EZ can be booked for single use (BZ1).

Family suite Type A (Summer)

These consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door, with otherwise similar equipment to the double rooms, as well as two showers/WC, bathrobes, two satellite TVs, minibar, and air conditioning (individually adjustable), and are located in the garden area. Upon request, you can receive a package for your babies containing a bottle warmer, baby bath, baby monitor, and bottle sterilizer (subject to deposit, upon request, and availability) in your room (ASF).

Family suite Type B

The rooms in the main building consist of one bedroom and one living room with a sofa, with otherwise similar equipment to the double rooms, as well as two showers/WC, bathrobes, two satellite TVs, and minibar. Upon request, you can receive a package for your babies containing a bottle warmer, baby bath, baby monitor, and bottle sterilizer (subject to deposit, upon request, and availability) in your room (B2F).

Family room

These consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door, with otherwise similar equipment to the double rooms, as well as two showers/WC, two satellite TVs, and minibar. The rooms are located in the annex building (DF2).

Lake Villa (Summer)

Consists of two bedrooms, a living room, and a terrace, as well as two showers/WC, bathrobes, slippers, TV, minibar, and terrace, and is located directly by a shared pool. When booking this room category, you will receive fresh fruit, fresh flowers, and a bottle of wine in your room upon arrival, as well as cookies delivered to your room daily. Turndown service and 24-hour room service (excluding alcoholic beverages) are also included. Upon request, you can receive a package for your babies containing a bottle warmer, baby bath, baby monitor, and bottle sterilizer (subject to deposit, upon request, and availability) in your room (V2).
