Location

Built in 2023, this hotel is located in the lively Kumköy area near Side, 700 metres from Kumköy Beach (a regular shuttle service to the beach is provided). It is approximately 6 km to Side and approx. 10 km to the city centre of Manavgat. Antalya is about 55 km away.

Summer:
The holiday resort features 235 rooms spread over six floors. Amenities for a carefree holiday include a modern and elegantly furnished lobby with reception, lifts, comfortable seating areas in the lobby with a lobby bar, a main restaurant, various bars, two à-la-carte restaurants (included once per 7-night stay, subject to availability and reservation), a snack restaurant on the beach (weather permitting, from 1 April), and a patisserie. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex. Various shops and a hairdresser are available for a fee. Furthermore, the hotel offers a heated indoor pool (heated weather permitting from 1 November to 15 May). Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are available free of charge at the pool and the hotel's private beach section.

Double Room

The double rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, central air conditioning, minibar, coffee/tea setup, safe, LED satellite TV, telephone, bathrobe, slippers, and a balcony (D). Suite

With the same features as the double rooms, the suites are more spacious and additionally include a seating area in a visually separated living area and a whirlpool in the bathroom (S2).

Economy Room without balcony

These are equipped like the double rooms, but without a balcony and only bookable with a maximum occupancy of 2 people (SOZ).

Superior Double Room with pool view

With the same features as the double rooms, the superior rooms feature a large terrace, sun loungers, and a parasol on the terrace (DSP).

Breakfast, late-riser breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, snacks during the day, afternoon coffee/tea, cake and ice cream, as well as midnight snacks. Various imported and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bar. Drinks are served at the table. One visit to the à-la-carte restaurant is included for a minimum stay of 7 days (reservation required). The minibar is refilled daily with water, soft drinks, and beer.
