The modern hotel is centrally located in the Kumköy resort area, about 1000 m to the long sandy beach, with a hotel shuttle service available free of charge several times a day. The picturesque old town of Side is about 5 km away, with public minibus connections and taxis available.

The hotel, newly opened in spring 2022, offers everything you need for a "dream" family holiday, but singles and couples will also get their money's worth with us. The family rooms with sleeping facilities for up to 5 people offer a special service. Amenities include a spacious lobby with reception, elevators, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and in the rooms included. The main restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (once per stay, subject to availability, with prior reservation each time) various bars, patisserie, the heated indoor pool (seasonal) and the modernly equipped wellness center, as well as various shops and hairdresser (each for a fee). The outdoor area features not only the freshwater pools, one of which is an active pool where action is part of the daily program, but also the Aqua Park from April 15th to October 15th (depending on weather conditions), with many water slides (hourly operation), which are not only the most modern but also the most exciting. An adults-only pool (18+). Action and boredom stand no chance here. The same applies to the Dream Wonderland for children with its own water slide park and a large children's pool. The hotel's own fine sandy beach, with a gently sloping sea, is ideal for families with children. Beach and snack bars, loungers with cushions, umbrellas and beach towels are of course included.

Double Room

The approximately 25 m² comfortable rooms in a tasteful ambiance offer a floor-to-ceiling shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (central, hourly), satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi connection, kettle and coffee/tea setup, rental safe, minibar, tiled floor with laminate look and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Double Room TYPE A

With similar amenities as the double rooms, but slightly more spacious (approx. 30 m²), allocation at the hotelier's discretion (DA).

With similar amenities as the family rooms, the rooms are approximately 48 m² and have 2 bathrooms (2FS).

Superior Pool View

Are identical in amenities to the double rooms, also offer pool view, a complimentary introductory massage (15 min), an additional use of the à la carte restaurants, a beach bag and a 20% discount in the spa (DSP). EZ = DZ for single use (DST/ZSE)

Breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form. Late risers' breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, as well as a midnight snack. Once per stay you can dine in one of the à la carte restaurants (subject to availability and with prior reservation only). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars between 10 am and 12 am. The minibar is refilled daily with water and mineral water.

All imported drinks, drinks after midnight and freshly squeezed fruit juices, as well as ice cream on the beach.
