Location

The modern hotel is centrally located in the Kumköy holiday area, about 1,000 m from the long sandy beach; a hotel-run shuttle service is available free of charge several times a day. The picturesque old town of Side can be reached after approx. 5 km; public minibus connections and taxis are available.

The hotel offers everything required for a "dream" family holiday, but singles and couples will also find it to their liking. Our family rooms, which can accommodate up to 5 people, offer special service. The many amenities include a spacious lobby with a reception, elevators, inviting seating areas and a lobby bar, with Wi-Fi included throughout the entire hotel complex and in the rooms. There is a main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (once per stay, subject to availability, advance reservation required), various bars, a patisserie, a heated indoor pool (seasonal), a modern wellness center, as well as various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). In the outdoor area, you will find freshwater pools, including an active pool where action is part of the daily routine, and the Aqua Park (open from 15.4.-15.10., depending on wind and weather) with many water slides (available by the hour), which are not only the most modern but also the most exciting. There is also a pool for adults aged 18+. Action and boredom have no chance here. This also applies to the Dream Wonderland for children, featuring its own slide park as well as a large children's pool. The hotel’s own fine, sandy beach with a gently sloping sea is ideal for families with children. Beach and snack bars, sun loungers with covers, parasols, and bath towels are, of course, included there.

Double room

The approx. 25 m² comfortable rooms offer a tasteful ambiance and feature a floor-level shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (central, operated by the hour), satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi connection, electric kettle with coffee/tea setup, rental safe, minibar, tiled floor with laminate look, and balcony (D). DR=SR for single use (DE).

Double room TYPE A

Similar features to the double rooms, slightly more spacious (approx. 30 m²). Allocation at the discretion of the hotelier (DA).
(Can be booked as a large double room (D2X) under AYTD16.)

Family room

Similar features to the double rooms, slightly more spacious (approx. 40 m²); furthermore, they have two bedrooms with a connecting door and one bathroom; each room has its own satellite TV (DF2).

Family room duplex

Similar features to the family rooms, but in maisonette style (DUF).

Family suite

Similar features to the family rooms; the rooms are approx. 48 m² in size and feature 2 bathrooms (2FS).

Superior pool view

Identical in terms of features to the double rooms, with the addition of a pool view, a free introductory massage (15 mins), additional use of the à la carte restaurants, a beach bag, and a 20% discount in the spa (DSP). In Summer 26 SR = DR for single use (DST/ZSE).

Annex family room

The approx. 45 m² rooms feature 2 bedrooms with a connecting door, a bathroom with shower/WC, and are located in the annex building on the other side of the street, opposite the main building. Each room has its own LCD TV, otherwise similar features to the double rooms with a balcony (2FA).

Double room pool view

Similar features to the double rooms and feature a pool view (PD). DR=SR for single use (PDE).

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style. Late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, as well as a midnight snack. Once per stay, you can dine in one of the à la carte restaurants (subject to availability and only with advance reservation). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars between 10 a.m. and midnight. The minibar is replenished daily with water and mineral water.

Not included in All Inclusive

All imported drinks, drinks after midnight, freshly squeezed fruit juices, and ice cream on the beach.
