Location

The adults-only hotel is located just 200 meters from the beach promenade, on a gently sloping, spacious beach, about 1.5 km from the center of Side, where you will find a variety of shopping and entertainment options. Public transport is available on the main road.

Facilities

The holiday complex offers a total of 63 rooms, spread across a 4-story main building. Hotel facilities include a spacious reception area with seating, two elevators, a main restaurant, 2 bars, Wi-Fi is available for a fee. A small indoor pool (approx. 70 m² and open seasonally) and a small wellness area. A freshwater swimming pool and a sun terrace. Here and on the beach (no food and drink service at the beach) guests can use sun loungers, mattresses, and umbrellas free of charge. Beach towels are available at the spa area (changed every three days).

The attractively furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, safe for rent, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, coffee/tea setup, and feature laminate flooring and a balcony with pool view (D). Sea view (DM) or side sea view (DMS) can be booked at an additional cost. Double room for single use (DE/DEM/DES).

All imported drinks, cocktails, bottled drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, drinks after 11 pm, and food and drinks at the beach.
