This hotel is located in Kumköy/Side, just 450m from its private beach section, with a free shuttle service running several times a day. The ancient city of Side is 4km away, and Manavgat is 7km away. Numerous shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.

The small hotel has 176 rooms spread across a main building and four annex buildings, each with five floors. Lifts are available only in the main building and two annex buildings. Other facilities in the main building include the reception area with seating, a reception desk, lobby bar, satellite TV corner, and indoor pool (weather permitting). Various shops and a hairdresser are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area. There is also a buffet restaurant with a terrace and an à la carte restaurant (included once per stay for stays of 7 days or more, with reservation). The outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and water slides. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included here and at the beach with a beach bar (from May 1st to October 31st).

The comfortable rooms are located in the main and annex buildings and offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually regulated), a rental safe, minibar (2 x 0.5L bottles of water included upon arrival), coffee/tea setup, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Double room for single use (DE).

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are located in the annex building in a less favorable location and without a balcony (SOZ).
