The modern holiday resort is located on the outskirts of Kumköy. The extensive sandy beach can be reached after 300m via a small footpath. Side itself is about 7 km away, with public minibus connections available on the road.

The chic holiday accommodation offers 314 rooms on six floors. Amenities for carefree holidays include the elegantly designed reception hall with reception, elevators, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, the main restaurant with terrace, several bars and two à la carte restaurants (reservation required via guest relations, included once per week in one of the restaurants). Various shops, a game hall, conference rooms and the hairdresser are available for a fee, as well as a modern indoor pool (open in the pre- and post-season, heated depending on the weather) and the appealing wellness area. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area features a stage for evening entertainment as well as the pool landscape with a large main pool, a separate children's pool, and another pool with three water slides (operates at certain hours), sun terraces, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, mattresses, sunshades, and bath towels are included here and at the beach (with beach/snack bar).
Winter:
- Only the lobby bar is open.
- À la carte restaurant is available for a fee and with reservation. Open for a minimum of 15 people.
- Sun loungers, mattresses, and bath towels are included on the sun terrace.

Double room

The rooms, decorated in appealing colors, offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled), LCD satellite TV, minibar, coffee/tea setup, laminate flooring, balcony, and land view (D). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (D2Y). Double room = Single room for single occupancy (DE/D1Y).

They consist of a combined living/sleeping area (without connecting door) and a second bedroom with two TVs, two bathrooms/WC, and a balcony (X2M), with amenities similar to the double rooms.

Family Room

With amenities similar to the double rooms, they offer two separate bedrooms (with connecting door) and one bathroom (DF2).

Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks and energy drinks, are available 24 hours a day at the bars.
