This popular holiday complex, a favorite among many returning guests, is separated from the long, wide sandy beach only by the promenade. Side, with its numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities, is approximately 2 km away, and public minibuses are available nearby.

The well-known resort hotel offers a total of 304 rooms spread across eight floors. Among the many amenities for a perfect holiday are the elegant reception hall with a reception desk, panoramic lifts, chic seating areas, and the lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the hotel's public areas. Additionally, there is a main restaurant with a terrace (open from April 1st to October 31st, weather permitting), various à la carte restaurants (one visit per stay with reservation and subject to availability, international à la carte available for ages 9+), other bars, a patisserie, a TV room, a disco (three times a week), two conference rooms, the modern indoor pool (closed in summer), and a beautiful spa area. There are also elegant shops and a hairdresser (both for a fee). On the terrace, guests can enjoy a large swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a small aquapark with four water slides (slides located in Club Melas Prive, accessible by the hour from May 1st to October 31st), sun terraces, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included here and on the beach (with beach/snack bar from May 1st to October 31st).
Winter:
- Only two à la carte restaurants are offered.
- Disco operates only three times a week.
- Sun loungers and bath towels are available and included only on the sun terrace.
- Entertainment is limited to daytime soft animation.
- No children's program is available.
- The indoor pool is open from November 1st to March 31st.

Double Room

The modernly designed rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes in winter, direct dial telephone, minibar, Wi-Fi, LCD satellite TV, safe, coffee/tea making facilities, air conditioning (centrally controlled), laminate flooring, and a balcony with garden view (D). Side sea view (DMS) or sea view (DM) can be booked at an additional charge. Double room for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Large Double Room

These rooms, with the same amenities as the double rooms, are simply more spacious and have a side sea view (2SX).

Suite

These suites, with the same amenities as the double rooms, feature two bedrooms with a connecting door, one bathroom/WC, and a side sea view (2SS).

Ultra All Inclusive

Rich buffets for breakfast (with fresh orange juice), lunch, and dinner, late riser breakfast, pastries at the patisserie in the afternoon, various snacks throughout the day, as well as an ice cream hour and a midnight snack. Various local and selected imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars, included. The minibar is stocked daily with water, soda, soft drinks, and beer.

Sports included

Tennis during the day with one clay court, rental of tennis equipment, table tennis, billiards, basketball (deposit required), darts, mini-golf, aerobics, aqua aerobics, and squash.

Children's program

Daytime mini-club (May 1st - October 31st, except Sundays) for children aged 4 to 12, and a teen club for those aged 13 to 16 during high season, plus a playground.

Wellness

Sauna and Turkish bath are included. Massages, steam bath, Russian sauna, and all other spa treatments are subject to a fee.
