The luxury hotel is located in the Kumköy holiday area. The private hotel beach is 400 metres away (regular shuttle service available). Side, with its many shopping and entertainment options, is approx. 3 km away; public minibus connections and taxis are available.

The impressive holiday resort offers a total of 584 rooms on six floors. Amenities for a relaxing holiday include the elegant reception hall with reception, lifts, and lobby bar with inviting seating areas, the main restaurant, various à la carte restaurants, various bars, a cinema, and a disco, the indoor pool (heated depending on the weather) with a separate children's pool, and an ultra-modern wellness area. Some shops, two conference rooms, and a hairdresser are available for a fee. In the beautifully landscaped garden area, you will find the amphitheatre, the pool landscape with a separate children's pool, and as a highlight, the water park with 11 water slides (9 water slides for children aged 7-10, "Cobra and Slide Boat" can be used from age 10), there is a pool/snackbar by the pool and a beach bar for snacks (11 am-4 pm) and drinks (10 am-6 pm) at the private beach section, sun loungers with textile covers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included here and by the pool. Wi-Fi is included in the building and around the pool.
The following restrictions apply in winter:
- Water park is not in operation.
- Outdoor areas have limited usability.
- No beach bar

Accommodation

Double Room

Chic, brightly decorated rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled and hourly), a French bed and a twin bed, minibar, plasma satellite TV (HD TV) with music channel, kettle for tea/coffee preparation, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Side sea view (DMS) can be booked for an extra charge. Single use = double room for single occupancy (DE/DES).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, they offer one bedroom with a French bed and another bedroom with a connecting door and two twin beds (max. occupancy 5+0: 2FA, max. occupancy 3+1: 2FC). Side sea view can be booked for a fee (maximum occupancy is 4 people) (2FB).

Economy Double Room

These are identical to the double rooms with land view (SSZ). Double room = single room for single occupancy (SSE).

Large Double Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms and are more spacious (D2X).

Breakfast with orange juice, lunch and dinner from extensive buffets, late riser breakfast, food centre at specific times during the day, healthy & fast food, hot dog, gözleme, waffles and ice cream, various snacks and pastries as well as sweets during the day, midnight snack. The "Water World" restaurant is open 24 hours. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars, as well as some imported drinks between 10 am and 1 am. The minibar is stocked daily with soft drinks and water. Appropriate attire (long trousers for men) is requested for dinner.
