Location

The holiday hotel is located directly across the popular beach promenade from the wide, kilometer-long sandy beach. The center of Side and the ancient sites are about 3 km away, easily reachable on foot via the beach promenade. Manavgat, the provincial capital, is about 8 km away. Taxis and public transport are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
The comfortable hotel of the well-known Defne hotel group is spread over approx. 45,000 m² amidst extensive gardens and offers a total of 317 double rooms, 28 Star Deluxe rooms, 14 family rooms, 55 Deluxe family rooms, and two rooms for disabled guests (on request), distributed across several three- to four-story buildings (with elevators). Amenities at your holiday accommodation include a reception hall with a reception, lobby, and cozy seating areas, a buffet restaurant with international cuisine and a beautiful terrace (with a non-smoking area, weather permitting). In the Sahil Bar, which serves as a snack and à la carte restaurant (international cuisine), you can have lunch between 12 PM and 4 PM (for a fee). There are also bars, a satellite TV room with a screen, and a wellness center. Wi-Fi is included in the rooms, lobby, garden, beach, bar, and pool areas. The well-maintained garden area features sun terraces, a 2200m² swimming pool with a pool bar, a pool with four water slides, and a separate children's pool with a slide (each for limited hours/weather permitting). Sun umbrellas, loungers, mattresses, and beach towels (in the room) are included on the sun terrace, at the beach (with beach/snack bar), and by the pool. A quiet indoor pool is available during the spring and autumn seasons, weather permitting, and is heated according to the weather.
Winter:
- For All Inclusive bookings, lunch may also be served à la carte depending on hotel occupancy.
- Water slides are not operational, and outdoor facilities are open at the hotelier's discretion due to weather conditions.
- Mini-club (open during holiday periods), children's pool, and playrooms are not active.
- Soft animation and occasional evening entertainment.
- The winter season begins on November 1, 2025, and ends on March 31, 2026.

The comfortably furnished rooms feature an extra-large double bed (King size bed/width 220cm x length 200cm with two separate mattresses), bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, Wi-Fi, SAT-LCD TV with music channel (several German programs available), air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly, weather-dependent), mini-fridge, direct dial telephone, laminate flooring, smoke detector, seating area, and balcony. (D). Rooms with a side sea view/sea side can be booked at an extra charge (DMS). Single use of double room garden side (DE) and at extra charge side sea view/sea side (DES). Can be booked at an extra charge with a direct sea view (DM).

Star Deluxe Room (approx. 41 m² incl. bathroom)

These also comfortably furnished rooms are larger than the Star rooms and feature an extra-large double bed (King size bed/width 220cm x length 200cm with two separate mattresses), bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, Wi-Fi, SAT-LCD TV with music channel (several German programs available), air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly, weather-dependent), mini-fridge, direct dial telephone, laminate flooring, smoke detector, seating area, and balcony, as well as a side sea view/sea side. Maximum occupancy: Two adults and two children or 3 adults (DDS).

Star Family Room (approx. 45 m² incl. bathroom)

The furnishings are equivalent to the Star rooms, with an additional, separate bedroom with two single beds (width 100cm x length 190cm) and a connecting door. The tastefully furnished rooms have two SAT-LCD TVs with music channel (several German programs available), two wardrobes, a bathroom with shower/WC, and a seating area. The rooms have a side or direct sea view/sea side (at the hotelier's discretion). Maximum occupancy: Three adults and one child or two adults and two children (2FS).

Star Deluxe Family Room (approx. 65 m² incl. bathroom)

These consist of two Star rooms with a connecting door and two bathrooms or shower/WC. Both rooms have a separate entrance area, a wardrobe, and two balconies with garden views. The furnishings are equivalent to the Star rooms. Maximum occupancy: Four adults and one child (2DF).

Discover new flavors

Seasonally, fruits and vegetables, as well as some meat and dairy products, come from our own organic farm.

Half Board Ultra

You will receive breakfast and dinner from extensive buffets in the main restaurant. Late risers' breakfast from 10 AM to 11 AM (served on a plate) included. Some local alcoholic (ages 18 and over) and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as various cocktails, are included at the open bars between 9 AM and 12 AM (between July 1st and August 31st from 9 AM to 1 AM). The mini-fridge is stocked with still water.

All Inclusive

When booking All Inclusive, you will also receive lunch from the hotel buffet and coffee/tea and local pastries in the afternoon.

For a fee

Fresh fruit juices, lunch with international cuisine at the Sahil Bar À la carte restaurant (from 12 PM to 4 PM), massages, and all facilities and treatments at the modern "Damla Spa Center", telephone and fax charges, laundry service, and doctor's service (hourly).

Sports Included

Two tennis courts with panoramic views, during the day (artificial turf with quartz sand and sand court), tennis racket and ball rental, table tennis, billiards (age 12+), and a well-equipped fitness center (age 16+).

Children's Program

Childcare for children aged 4-12 is available for limited hours. Children's billiards, a separate sweet water children's pool with a slide, a playroom, and an outdoor playground.
