Location

The hotel is separated from the popular beach promenade only by the promenade itself, and is located on a wide, kilometer-long sandy beach with a gentle slope. The lively center of Side is about 3 km away, and Manavgat is about 8 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis can be found near the hotel.

Facilities

This popular, upscale mid-range holiday hotel offers a total of 175 rooms on approx. 20,000 m² in charming two- to three-story buildings (in one block with an elevator). Various facilities include a modern reception hall with a reception area, cozy seating areas, the main restaurant (international cuisine) with a terrace (non-smoking zone), bars, and a TV corner. In the Kargi Bar, which serves as a snack and à la carte restaurant (international cuisine), you can have lunch between 12 PM and 4 PM (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in the lobby, garden, bar area, rooms, and by the pool and beach. The well-maintained garden with lush subtropical plants and trees features sun terraces, a freshwater swimming pool with a pool bar and sunbathing area, as well as a lawn for sunbathing. Our guests can also use the outdoor pool with four water slides (seasonal and weather-dependent) at the neighboring sister hotel "Defne Star". Sun loungers, cushions, beach towels (in the room), and sunshades are included by the pool and on the beach.

Ana Room (approx. 25m² including bathroom)

The tastefully furnished rooms have an extra-large double bed (King Size bed, 220 x 200 cm with separate mattresses), shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central, hourly and weather-dependent), LCD satellite TV with music channel and several German programs, Wi-Fi, direct dial telephone, safe, seating area, smoke detector, mini-fridge, laminate flooring, land view, and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE). Ana rooms with side sea view or sea view are bookable for an extra charge (DMS). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DES). Sea view bookable for an extra charge (DM).

Ana Deluxe Room (approx. 42 m² incl. bathroom)

The comfortably furnished rooms are larger than the Ana rooms and have an extra-large double bed (King Size/220x200 cm, with two separate mattresses), shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, Wi-Fi, satellite LCD TV with music channel (several German programs available), air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly, weather-dependent), mini-fridge, direct dial telephone, laminate flooring, seating area, and balcony, and have a side or direct sea view. Min. occupancy 3 adults (DDM).

Depending on the season, fruits and vegetables, as well as some meat and dairy products, come from our own organic farm.

Half Board Ultra

You will receive breakfast and dinner from extensive buffets, as well as a late riser breakfast (served on a plate between 10 AM and 11 AM). Some local alcoholic (18+) / non-alcoholic drinks and various cocktails are included at the open bars between 9 AM and 12 AM (from July 1 to August 31, from 9 AM to 1 AM). Your mini-fridge will be filled with still water.

All Inclusive

When booking All Inclusive, you will receive: Lunch in the buffet restaurant in addition. Coffee/tea and local pastries in the afternoon.

For a Fee

Lunch with international cuisine at the Kargi Bar à la carte restaurant (from 12 PM to 4 PM). Also fresh fruit juices, telephone and fax charges, and laundry service, as well as medical service (hourly) at the neighboring Defne Star hotel.

Sports Included

During the day, a tennis court (artificial turf with quartz sand, racket and ball rental) is available free of charge, and from 16 years of age, a fitness center and billiards.
