Location

Located directly on the expansive, gently sloping sandy beach of Kumköy. The resort of Side, with its numerous shopping and entertainment options as well as ancient sights, is approx. 4 km away. Public minibus connections or taxis are available in front of the hotel.

This comfort hotel, popular with many German regular guests, consists of two five-story main buildings (elevators available) and, in summer, three-story Lake Houses (annex buildings, no elevators), featuring a total of 675 rooms. Central facilities include the spacious lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas and lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with terrace area (weather permitting), 6 à la carte restaurants (BBQ is weather-dependent, operational from May 15th to Sept. 15th), various bars, a satellite TV room, and several conference rooms. Additionally, there are shops, a hairdresser (each for a fee), a disco, a well-equipped spa and wellness center, and a modern indoor pool with whirlpool (heated weather-dependent from Nov. 1st to Mar. 31st, towels provided free of charge). Wi-Fi (in the lobby area, in the rooms, around the pools, and in summer at the beach, included). Located on the seaward side of the grounds are the animation stage, the freshwater swimming pool with water slide (from Apr. 15th to Oct. 15th, hourly and weather-dependent), a separate children's pool, a sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions (at the beach only), sunshades, and pool towels are available to our guests free of charge here and at the beach (with beach bar).
Winter:
- Animation stage is not available.
- The indoor pool is heated only during the winter season between Nov. 1st and Mar. 31st.
- Sun loungers and towels are included on the sun terrace, which is located in the garden area.
- Light entertainment is provided.
- The terrace area of the buffet restaurant is closed.
- The BBQ à la carte restaurant is closed.

Accommodation

Double Room

The double rooms (approx. 25-27 m²) are located in main buildings A and B and are comfortably furnished with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled and operated by the hour), minibar, electric kettle with tea/coffee, satellite TV, safe, Wi-Fi (included), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with sea view or side sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DM/DMS). Double room = single room for sole occupancy (DE/DEM/DES).

Super Saver Room

Otherwise same features as the double rooms (approx. 25-27 m²) in the main building, located on the land side (SSZ). In summer 2026 also available for sole occupancy (SSE). The location and view differ from the standard double rooms.

Large Double Room

Located in the main building Block B. These rooms feature the same size and amenities as the double rooms, with shower/WC and a visually separated bunk bed for the children (single room) (D2X).

Family Room

Featuring the same amenities as the double rooms, these also include a separate bedroom with a connecting door and a second bathroom with shower/WC (DF2). Rooms with sea view can be booked for an additional charge (F2M).

Family Room Pool Access

Located in the pool villas (Lake Houses/annex buildings) on the second or third floor with similar amenities to the family rooms; featuring tiled floors, two bathrooms with shower, and pool view (2DF). Rooms on the ground floor with direct access to the pool can be booked for an additional charge (2FP).

Double Room Pool View (Summer)

Located in the pool villas (Lake Houses/annex buildings) (approx. 20 m²) with similar amenities to the double rooms, featuring tiled floors, a French bed, balcony, and pool view (PD). Double room = single room for sole occupancy (PDE).

Super Saver Room without Balcony (Summer)

Similar to the double rooms with pool view but smaller (approx. 16 m²) with two fixed single beds, tiled floors, shower/WC; located in the pool villas (Lake Houses/annex buildings) on the land side (SOZ).
(Additionally bookable under AYT850 as Double Room Annex (DNH)).

Suite (Summer)

This room category offers the same amenities as family rooms but is slightly larger, featuring a living room with a seating area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, plus a whirlpool on the balcony or in the bathroom; pool or sea view at the hotelier's discretion (S2).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Breakfast (7-11 am), lunch, and dinner from an extensive buffet; optionally 1x per stay dinner in each of the à la carte restaurants (reservation required and subject to availability, minimum stay 5 nights), snacks during the day, Turkish and international snacks as well as coffee/tea, pastries, and cakes in the patisserie (10 am-midnight), ice cream hours, and waffles by the pool (summer), midnight snacks (10 pm-1 am), and a small breakfast buffet from 1-7 am. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages as well as some imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks and beer upon arrival and replenished daily if needed. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory. Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Further exclusive imported drinks, bottled drinks.

All Inclusive (Winter)
