Directly on the extensive, gently sloping sandy beach of Kumköy. The town of Side with its numerous shopping and entertainment facilities as well as ancient sights is approx. 4 km away. Public minibus connections or taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The comfortable hotel, popular with many German regular guests, consists of two five-story main buildings (elevators available) and, in summer, three-story Lake Houses (outbuildings, no elevators), with a total of 673 rooms. Central facilities include a spacious reception hall with a reception area, cozy seating areas, and a lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting), 6 à la carte restaurants (BBQ operates weather permitting from May 15th to September 15th), various bars, a satellite TV room, and several conference rooms. There are also shops, a hairdresser (both for a fee), a discotheque, a well-equipped spa and wellness center, and a modern indoor pool with a whirlpool (heated weather permitting from November 1st to March 31st, towels free of charge). Wi-Fi (included in the reception area, in rooms, around the pools, and on the beach in summer). The outdoor area facing the sea houses the animation stage, a freshwater swimming pool with a water slide (open seasonally from April 15th to October 15th for limited hours and weather permitting), a separate children's pool, sun terrace, and pool/snackbar. Here, as well as on the beach (with beach bar), loungers, cushions (only on the beach), umbrellas, and beach towels are available to our guests free of charge.
Winter:
- The animation stage is not available.
- The indoor pool is only open during the winter season and is heated between November 1st and March 31st.
- Sun loungers and towels are included on the sun terrace, located in the garden area.
- Light animation is provided as entertainment.
- The terrace area of the buffet restaurant is closed.
- The BBQ à la carte restaurant is closed.

Accommodation

Double Room

The double rooms (approx. 27 sqm) are located in main buildings A and B, are comfortably furnished with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (operates hourly and centrally controlled), minibar, kettle with tea/coffee, satellite TV, safe, Wi-Fi (included), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with sea view or side sea view can be booked at an extra charge (DM/DMS). Single use of double room (DE/DEM/DES).

Super Saver Room

Otherwise identically equipped as the double rooms in the main building and located on the land side (SSZ). Also available for single use (SSE).

Large Double Room

Located in main building block B, with identical equipment and size to the double rooms, featuring a shower/WC and a visually separated bunk bed for children (one room) (D2X).

Family Room

In addition to the standard features of double rooms, these rooms have a separate bedroom with a connecting door and a second bathroom with shower/WC (DF2). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an extra charge (F2M).

Family Room with Pool Access

Located in the pool villas, these rooms have a similar setup and furnishings to the family rooms, are on the second or third floor, feature tiled floors, two bathrooms with showers, and a pool view (2DF). Rooms on the ground floor with direct pool access can be booked at an additional charge (2FP).

Double Room with Pool View (Summer)

Located in the pool villas (approx. 20 sqm), these rooms offer similar amenities to the double rooms, with tiled flooring, a French bed, a balcony, and pool view (PD). Single use of double room (PDE).

Super Saver Room without Balcony (Summer)

These rooms are similar to the Double Rooms with Pool View but smaller (approx. 16 sqm), with two fixed single beds, tiled flooring, a shower/WC, and are located in the pool villas, facing the land side (SOZ).
(Additionally bookable under AYT850 as a Double Room Annex Building (DNH)).

Suite (Summer)

These suites have the same amenities as the family rooms but are slightly larger, featuring a living room with a seating area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a whirlpool on the balcony or in the bathroom, and a pool or sea view at the hotel's discretion (S2).

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Breakfast (7 am-11 am), lunch, and dinner from an extensive buffet, option for dinner once per stay in each à la carte restaurant (reservations and subject to availability, minimum stay 7 nights), Turkish and international snacks throughout the day, plus coffee/tea, pastries, and cakes at the patisserie (10 am-10 pm), ice cream scoops, and waffles by the pool (summer), midnight snacks (10 pm-1 am), and a small breakfast buffet from 1 am-7 am. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks and beer upon arrival and refilled daily as needed. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory. Smart casual dress code is requested for dinner.

All Inclusive (Winter)
