Location

This resort is located in the Kumköy district. The long, gently sloping sandy beach is approximately 400 meters away. A hotel shuttle service is available at certain times free of charge. The center of Side is only about 5 km away, a short ride by taxi or public minibus.

The holiday hotel with a total of 197 rooms consists of a six-story main building and three three-story annex buildings. The two building complexes are separated by a small street and easily accessible via an underpass. The various hotel facilities include a spacious reception hall with a reception, modern seating areas with a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is free in the rooms and on the beach. The buffet restaurant with a terrace area (weather permitting), various bars, a patisserie. Several shops, a hairdresser (both for a fee) as well as an attractive wellness area with an indoor pool (seasonal). The well-maintained outdoor area features two freshwater swimming pools with sun terraces, a pool/snackbar, two separate children's pools, and a separate pool with two water slides (hourly and weather permitting). Sun loungers, mattresses, and umbrellas are included for our guests by the pool and on the beach (with beach bar), towels are available for a deposit.

Double Room

The modern furnished rooms (approx. 22 sqm) are located in the main or annex building and are equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar, satellite TV, rental safe, laminate flooring and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Large Double Room

This room type is located in the annex building and, with all other amenities similar to the double rooms, has 2 bedrooms with a connecting door and is slightly more spacious (approx. 30 sqm/D2X).

Family Room

The family rooms (approx. 38 sqm) are located in the annex building and, with all other amenities similar to the double rooms, have an additional bedroom with a connecting door (DF2).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser's breakfast, snacks and coffee/tea with cake during the day. Ice cream scoop with dinner. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10 a.m. to midnight at the respective open bars, at the beach bar until 5 p.m. The minibar is stocked daily with a bottle of still water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
