Summer:
This family-friendly holiday hotel (several buildings with three to four floors, lifts available) offers a total of 376 rooms and provides its guests with an elegant lobby with reception, lobby bar, and cozy seating areas, various bars, a patisserie, shops (for a fee), and a buffet restaurant with a large terrace, as well as several à la carte restaurants. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi in the hotel area and rooms, and a modern wellness and spa center (for a fee) with an indoor pool. In the lovingly maintained, spacious garden complex, there are several freshwater swimming pools with water slides, the sun terrace, and extensive sunbathing lawns, a separate children's pool, a quiet pool, and the pool bar. Here, as well as on the hotel's own beach area with a beach bar and lounge, you can use sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and bath towels free of charge.
Winter:
- Relax Pool and Children's Pool are heated by weather from 1.11. to 30.4. and the Swim-Up Pool is heated by weather from 1.11. to 30.4.
- The indoor pool is only open and heated during winter from 1.11. to 30.4.

Deluxe Room

Located in the Deluxe building, these rooms are more spacious than standard double rooms with similar amenities. They feature two single beds and a sofa (double sofa bed) or a double and a single bed, and a Nespresso machine (four capsules daily included) (DD2) with garden view. Side sea view (DDS), access to the communal pool from the Swim-Up rooms (bookable for children aged 6+ under DPA), or rooms with a whirlpool on the balcony (DDJ) are available at an additional charge.

Family Room

Located in the main or annex building, these rooms have otherwise similar amenities to double rooms but also feature a second bedroom with two single beds (without a window), separated by a door (DF2).

Superior Double Room

The comfortably and tastefully furnished rooms consist of one space and feature a French bed and a single bed for adults or a sofa, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe/slippers, air conditioning (central and operated hourly), safe, Wi-Fi, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, minibar, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, laminate flooring, and a balcony (DSU). Side sea view (DSS/D2S) or whirlpool on the balcony (then garden side) can be booked at an additional charge under Double Room Type A (J2N). DZ=EZ (DSE, 1SD, J1N).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, late riser's breakfast, snacks throughout the day, the Burgerhouse (open only in summer), afternoon coffee/tea, cakes, and an ice cream scoop hour (only in summer) at the patisserie, as well as a night menu. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bar. The minibar is replenished daily with soft drinks and beer.
