Location

The hotel is located in the resort of Kumkoy, approximately 4 km from Side and 60 km from the airport. The hotel's private sandy beach has a gentle slope and is located about 200 m from the hotel. During summer, public minibus services and taxis are available on the main road.

This holiday destination, popular mainly with German regular guests, offers 151 rooms spread across the main building with five floors (elevator available) and the annex building with three floors (no elevator). Amenities include a beautifully designed reception hall with mosaics, comfortable seating area, and lobby bar with a small terrace, as well as the main restaurant with terrace. You also have the option to dine in various à-la-carte restaurants at the sister hotel Villa Side Residence (approx. 100 m away via Kumkoy street or underpass) (with prior reservation and subject to availability, for a fee). The extensive facilities also include various bars, a satellite TV corner, several shops (for a fee), and an appealing wellness area. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel building. The well-maintained garden area features a freshwater swimming pool with a pool/snack bar and another pool with two water slides (open at certain hours). The semi-Olympic pool and the children's pool are heated from October 15th to November 15th. Sunshades by the pool and sun canopies on the beach, along with sun loungers with plastic covers and beach towels, are included for our guests by the pool and on the beach (with beach/snack bar).

The rooms are attractively furnished with a shower/toilet, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, satellite TV with music channel, minibar, safe, carpeted floors, and a balcony (D). Double room for single use (DE).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms and have no balcony (SOZ). Also available for single use (SOE).

Family Room

While otherwise furnished identically to the double rooms, these feature a visually separated additional bedroom (DF2).

Identical to the family rooms, but in a maisonette style and with two bathrooms/showers (DUF).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, continental late risers' breakfast (mini buffet), coffee/tea with ice cream and waffles in the afternoon, and snacks at the beach restaurant at lunchtime. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available at different bars between 10 am and midnight. Your minibar will be stocked daily with mineral water and still water. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
