Location

Built terraced into a hillside, this holiday residence is situated slightly above the hotel zone, approx. 3 km from the old town of Side, and extends down to the long, gently sloping sandy beach with its promenade. Due to its location directly on the Kumköy road, there is a good transport connection to Manavgat.

Summer:
The well-known comfort hotel has a total of 511 rooms and two annexes spread over six floors (lifts available). The various hotel facilities include an elegantly designed lobby with reception and modern seating areas, conference rooms, a main restaurant with a large terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (some for a fee), and various bars. Exclusive shops, internet café, game hall with bowling, billiards, and video games, as well as a hairdresser (each for a fee), an indoor pool, and an outdoor pool. Wi-Fi is included in the entire complex up to 6 MB. The beautifully landscaped, hillside outdoor area features a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, two water slides, and two additional freshwater pools, one of which is a relax pool (18+), as well as a pool bar and sun terrace. Sun loungers, towels, and parasols are included there and at the beach.
Winter:
- For stays of at least 21 days, you will receive weekly laundry service included (up to 5 kg per room).
- Entertainment on request several times a week: Nordic walking, hiking, cooking classes, yoga, and evening shows or occasional live music.
- No aqua aerobics.
- Sun loungers and bath towels are included on the sun terrace.
- Pool bar closed.
- Indoor pool only open during the winter season.
- In winter, a heated outdoor pool is available between November and March.

Accommodation

Double room

The comfortably furnished rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror in the bathroom, slippers, air conditioning (individually adjustable), coffee and tea making facilities, Wi-Fi up to 6 MB, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV, minibar, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Rooms with a sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DM). DR=SR for single occupancy (DE/DEM). For rooms located on the land side (also applies to single rooms), occasional noise disturbances from the Kumköy road may occur.

Double room Swim Up

Identical to the double rooms, located in the garden area with shower/WC, laminate flooring, air conditioning (individually adjustable), and situated on the ground floor. They are on the sea side, have a garden view, and direct pool access. The private pool area is shared by several rooms. Bookable for 16+ years (SWD).

Deluxe room

Similar to the double rooms with shower/WC, but more spacious with a terrace (DD2). Can be booked with a whirlpool and side sea view for an additional charge (DDJ).

Super Saver room (Summer)

Identical to the land-side double rooms with shower/WC and located on the ground floor facing the street (SSZ).

Suites

The suites offer the same facilities as the double rooms but additionally feature a separate living room. They are also equipped with laminate flooring and a bathroom/WC or shower/WC and have a sea view (S2M).

Family room Type B

Located on the ground floor, these rooms consist of two open spaces connected by a staircase in maisonette style. The modernly furnished rooms feature a bedroom with a seating area and sofa bed. The lower floor has a shower/WC, and the upper floor has a bedroom with a shower/whirlpool/WC. These rooms face the garden (2FB).

Family room Type A

With the same facilities as the double rooms, they feature a shower/WC, laminate flooring, air conditioning (individually adjustable), a separate bedroom with a connecting door, and a sea view (2FA).

Family room Type C

With the same facilities as the double rooms, they feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door, shower/WC, and are located on the ground floor with a pool view (2FC).

Ultra All Inclusive

With the new High Class concept, no wishes remain unfulfilled. You receive breakfast (including fresh orange juice), lunch and dinner from lavish buffets, a continental late-riser breakfast, various snack variations at several stations during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie, ice cream (stick ice cream) at certain times at several bars during the day, and a midnight snack. You also have the option to dine in one of the à-la-carte restaurants three times per 7-night stay (further use of the same à-la-carte for a fee). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as several renowned imported spirits (in summer) (e.g., Smirnoff, Chivas Regal, Remy Martin, Havana Club) are served 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Several refrigerators are located in the garden for self-service. The minibar is restocked daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer. Buggy rental (subject to availability) at the reception. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
