Built in a terraced style on a hillside, this holiday destination is located slightly above the hotel zone, approx. 3 km from the old town of Side, and extends down to the long, gently sloping sandy beach with a promenade. Due to its location directly on the Kumköy road, there is good transport access to Manavgat.

Summer:
The well-known comfort hotel features a total of 511 rooms and two annex buildings spread over six floors (elevators available). Various hotel facilities include the modern, elegantly designed lobby with reception and modern seating areas, conference rooms, a main restaurant with a large terrace, several à la carte restaurants (some for a fee), and various bars. Exclusive shops, internet café, game hall with bowling, billiards, and video games, as well as a hairdresser (each for a fee), and both an indoor and outdoor pool. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex up to 6 MB. In the beautifully landscaped, terraced outdoor area, there is a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, two water slides, and two additional freshwater pools, one of which is a relax pool (for guests aged 18+), along with the pool bar and sun terrace. Sun loungers, towels, and parasols are included there and on the beach.
Winter:
- For stays of at least 21 days, you receive weekly laundry service for up to 5 kg per room included.
- Entertainment upon request includes Nordic walking, hiking, cooking classes, yoga, and evening shows or occasional live music several times a week.
- No aqua aerobics.
- Sun loungers and pool towels are included on the sun terrace.
- Pool bar closed.
- Indoor pool only open during the winter season.
- In winter, a heated outdoor pool is available between November and March.

Double Room

The comfortably equipped rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror in the bathroom, slippers, air conditioning (individually adjustable), coffee and tea-making facilities, Wi-Fi up to 6 MB, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV, minibar, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony with land view (D). Rooms with sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM). DR=SR for single use (DE/DEM). In the rooms located on the land side (also applies to single rooms), occasional noise disturbances from the Kumköy road may occur.

Double Room Swim Up

Identical to the double rooms, these are located in the garden area with shower/WC, laminate flooring, air conditioning (individually adjustable), and are situated on the ground floor. They are located on the sea side, have garden views, and direct pool access. The private pool area is shared by several rooms. Bookable for ages 16+ (SWD).

Double Room Deluxe

With similar equipment to the double rooms, they are slightly more spacious with a terrace (DD2/DDS). Bookable with a whirlpool and side sea view for an extra charge (DDJ).

Super Saver Room (Summer)

Identical to the land-side double rooms with shower/WC and are located on the ground floor facing the street (SSZ).

Suite Sea View

The suites, which have the same equipment features as the double rooms, additionally have a separate living room. They are also equipped with laminate flooring and a bathroom/WC or shower/WC and have a sea view (S2M).

Family Room Type B

Located on the ground floor, these consist of two open-plan rooms connected by a staircase in maisonette style. The modernly furnished rooms feature a bedroom with a seating area and sofa bed. The lower floor has a shower/WC and there is a bedroom with a shower/whirlpool/WC on the upper floor. These rooms face the garden (2FB).

Family Room Type A

With the same equipment as the double rooms, they feature a shower/WC, laminate flooring, air conditioning (individually adjustable), a separate bedroom with a connecting door, and a sea view (2FA).

Family Room Type C

With the same equipment as the double rooms, they feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door, a shower/WC, and are located on the ground floor with a pool view (2FC).

Ultra All Inclusive

With the new High Class concept, no wish is left unfulfilled. You receive breakfast (including fresh orange juice), lunch and dinner from lavish buffets, a continental late-riser breakfast, various snack variations at several stations during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie, ice cream (popsicles) at specific times at several bars during the day, and a midnight snack. In addition, you have the opportunity to dine in one of the à la carte restaurants three times per 7-night stay (further use of the same à la carte restaurant for a fee). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as several well-known imported spirits (e.g., Smirnoff, Chivas Regal, Remy Martin, Havana Club), are served 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. In the garden, there are several refrigerators from which you can help yourself. The minibar is stocked daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
