The Dream Family Club is located in the modern holiday area of Kumköy. The historic old town of Side is only 5 kilometers away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available near the hotel. Antalya Airport is only 60 kilometers away.

The hotel offers 200 rooms in several three-story buildings amidst extensive gardens, a reception area with seating groups and lobby bar are in the sister hotel Dream World Hill. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. Other facilities include the Sunshine Restaurant in the sister hotel Dream World Hill (located on the 2nd floor), two bars and a wellness center. Some shops and a hairdresser are available for a fee. In the outdoor area you will find a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool with its own aqua park with seven slides (shared with Dream World Hill from April 15th to October 15th), an activity pool and a pool/snackbar as well as a beach bar (10 am-5 pm). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included. The aquapark and children's pool with their own aqua tower are shared (for guests over 120 cm tall).

Double Room

The modern rooms, consisting of one room, have floor-to-ceiling shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central and hourly), safe (rental fee), minibar, LCD satellite TV, direct dial telephone, laminate and/or tiled floor, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are equipped similarly to the double rooms, but have no balcony and are in a less desirable location (SOZ). DZ=EZ for single use (SOE).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a sofa bed) with an interconnecting door and a balcony (DF2).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet style, late riser breakfast (at the sister hotel Dream World Hill, 'Sunshine' restaurant), and snacks during the day. Coffee, tea, and cake in the afternoon, ice cream hour, and midnight soup. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included from 10 am to midnight. The minibar is refilled daily with water and mineral water as needed. Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.

Imported drinks, special local alcoholic beverages, drinks after midnight, bottled wine, freshly squeezed fruit juices, and ice on the beach.
