Location

The holiday retreat is located approx. 200 m from the expansive sandy beach (some scattered stone slabs in the water). Access to the beach is located at the rear of the hotel. Due to its location directly on Kumköy Road, public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel. The resort of Side is approximately 4 km away.

The hotel has a total of 326 rooms and a tastefully designed lobby with a reception, cozy seating areas, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area, terrace, rooms, pool, and beach bar. Facilities also include the main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (seasonal, subject to availability, and with a reservation once per stay), and additional bars. Various boutiques, a ladies' and men's hairdresser, and a conference room for 200 people (each for a fee). There is a disco and a wellness area with an indoor pool (open during the low season). In the beautifully landscaped garden area, there is also a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, as well as another pool with water slides (hourly), sun terraces, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, beach towels, and parasols are available free of charge here and at the hotel beach (with beach bar from the end of April to the end of October).

Double Room

The rooms are tastefully furnished with a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), Smart TV, music channel, safe, mini-fridge, coffee/tea set-up, direct-dial telephone, laminate flooring, and a balcony facing the landside (D). Side sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DMS). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE/DES).

Family Room

With otherwise the same equipment as the double rooms, these feature a bathroom/WC and a separate bedroom with a connecting door. The first bedroom contains a double bed and the second room contains two single beds; they have also been renovated (DF2). Side sea view can be booked for an extra charge (FS2).

Superior Double Room

With similar equipment to the standard double rooms, these rooms have pool views (DAP). When booking this room category, guests also receive the following services: 1 beach bag per room, 1x free use of an à la carte restaurant, and a 15-minute trial massage.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style. Late riser breakfast, afternoon snacks, and coffee/tea with pastries, as well as midnight soup. One dinner per stay in the à la carte restaurant. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10:00 a.m. to midnight at the open bars; the Davidoff Café is open 24 hours. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
