Location

Located directly on the long sandy beach. The center of Side is approx. 6 km away and the newly designed town of Kumköy is in the immediate vicinity. Taxi and public minibus connections are available in front of the hotel.

The hotel complex, with a total of 276 rooms, consists of two five-story buildings and is surrounded by expansive gardens. The holiday destination offers a spacious lobby with reception, seating areas, lobby bar, elevator, and a buffet restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting). There are also various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). Use of the internet corner and Wi-Fi throughout the hotel area is available to you free of charge. Likewise, a comfort zone with shower facilities is available at all times for our early-arrival or late-departure guests. In the well-maintained garden area, there is a Vitamin Bar where gozleme is freshly prepared, as well as a freshwater swimming pool (can be cooled, at the hotelier's discretion) with a sun terrace and pool bar, and a small pool with water slides which is in operation hourly/weather permitting. In addition to the sun loungers, cushions, and beach towels provided free of charge at the pool and on the beach (which features a beach bar), you will find an à-la-carte lunch restaurant and a snack bar here.
Winter:
- Sun terrace and pool bar are available weather permitting; water slides are not available.
- Freshwater swimming pool (heatable weather permitting, at the hotelier's discretion).
- Only one à-la-carte restaurant open (rotating cuisine).
- Beach snack bar closed.
- Indoor pool available from November to March (heated weather permitting and at the hotelier's discretion). In October and April, open weather permitting.
- Bath towels are provided in the room.

Accommodation

Super saver room without balcony

These approx. 25m² rooms have the same facilities as standard rooms with a shower or bath/WC and turndown service, but without a balcony and in a less preferred location (SOZ). Available in limited numbers as single rooms (SOE).

Superior family room

Approx. 42 m², consisting of two rooms with a connecting door, balcony, one French bed, two single beds, and two bathrooms, plus slippers, bathrobes, turndown service, and a Nespresso machine. The rooms have land views and otherwise the same facilities as double rooms (F2U).

Suite

Approx. 70 m² with balcony, consisting of two rooms with a connecting door, one bedroom with a French bed and a living room with a couch. They otherwise have the same facilities as the standard rooms; from Summer 26: whirlpool, Nespresso machine, slippers, bathrobes, Platinum Service Package (e.g., VIP fruit and wine service, turndown, laundry, ironing service, and much more), as well as side sea view (2SS) or sea view (So 26, S2M).

Large double room (Superior Corner)

These rooms are approx. 35m² and are slightly larger than the superior double rooms (one room), with the same interior features, consisting of a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa (D2X).

Superior double room

These renovated and warmly decorated rooms are approx. 30m² and feature shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (VRV system), Nespresso machine, satellite TV with music channel, safe, coffee/tea setup, minibar, and balcony (DSU). Optionally available with side sea view (DSS) or direct sea view (DMU) for an extra charge. DZ=EZ for single use (DSE), also bookable with side sea view (1SD) or direct sea view (EMU).

Deluxe garden room

These approx. 80 m² rooms (including private garden) feature a private garden area with sun loungers, garden views, a double bed, an armchair, slippers, and bathrobes. This room category includes the Platinum Service Package (e.g., VIP fruit and wine service, turndown, laundry, ironing service, and much more) (D2G).

Deluxe double room with terrace whirlpool

Located in the main building, these rooms offer an approx. 80m² area (including terrace) and the Platinum Service Package (e.g., VIP fruit and wine service, turndown, laundry, ironing service, Nespresso machine, and much more). They feature a whirlpool on the spacious terrace and are additionally equipped with sun loungers (DDJ).

Ultra All Inclusive

When booking Ultra All Inclusive, you receive: breakfast (also in the à-la-carte restaurant on the beach once per stay, summer only), lunch and dinner from the buffet, late-riser breakfast, freshly squeezed fruit juices at breakfast, and snacks during the day. You also have the option to dine for lunch in the à-la-carte restaurants by the pool and at the beach (weather permitting), and once per stay in one of the two à-la-carte restaurants (otherwise subject to availability and for a fee). Additionally, à-la-carte dining is available at night from midnight to 7 am. VS cognacs, premium whiskies, local and imported wines, imported beer, imported liqueurs, rum, as well as various local and some selected international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Daily replenishment of the minibar with soft drinks, beer, and still mineral water. Wearing the All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Some imported drinks, bottled wines, Vitamin Bar, and energy drinks.
