Located directly on the long sandy beach. The center of Side is approx. 6 km away and the newly designed resort of Kumköy is very close. Taxi and public minibus connections are available in front of the hotel.

The hotel complex with a total of 276 rooms consists of two five-story buildings and is surrounded by extensive gardens. The holiday resort offers a spacious lobby with reception, seating areas, lobby bar, elevator, and a buffet restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting). There are also various shops and a hairdresser (for a fee). The use of the internet corner and Wi-Fi throughout the hotel is free of charge. There is also a comfort zone with shower facilities available at all times for our early arriving or late departing guests. In the well-kept garden area, there is a vitamin bar where Gözleme is freshly prepared, as well as the freshwater swimming pool (can be cooled, at the hotelier's discretion) with a sun terrace and pool bar, and a small pool with water slides, which is in operation on an hourly/weather-dependent basis. In addition to the free sun loungers, umbrellas, cushions, and beach towels by the pool and at the beach bar, you will find an à la carte lunch restaurant & the snack bar.
Winter:
- Sun terrace and pool bar are available weather permitting, water slides are not available.
- Freshwater swimming pool (heated weather permitting, at the hotelier's discretion)
- Only one à la carte restaurant is open (alternating cuisine).
- Beach snack bar closed.
- Indoor pool available from November to March (heated weather permitting and at the hotelier's discretion). Open in October and April weather permitting.
- Bath towels are available in the room.

Accommodation

Super Saver Room without Balcony

The rooms, approx. 25m², have a shower or bath/WC, turndown service, and no balcony, in a less preferred location (SOZ). Available in limited numbers also as single rooms (SOE).

Superior Family Room

Approx. 42 sqm, consisting of two rooms with connecting door and balcony, a French bed and two single beds, and 2 bathrooms, slippers, bathrobes, turndown service, and Nespresso machine. The rooms have a garden view and otherwise the same amenities as double rooms (F2U).

Suite

Approx. 70 sqm with balcony, consisting of two rooms with connecting door, one bedroom with a French bed and a living room with a couch, and otherwise the same amenities as standard rooms, from Sun. 26 whirlpool, Nespresso machine, slippers, bathrobes, Platinum Service Package (such as: VIP fruit and wine service, turndown, laundry, ironing service, and much more) as well as side sea view (2SS) or sea view (So 26, S2M).

Large Double Room (Superior Corner)

The rooms are approx. 35 sqm and, with the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, are slightly larger (one room) and consist of a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa (D2X).

Superior Double Room

The renovated and friendly furnished rooms are approx. 30 sqm and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (VRV system), Nespresso machine, satellite TV with music channel, safe, coffee/tea setup, minibar, and balcony (DSU). Optionally bookable at an extra charge with a side (DSS) or direct sea view (DMU). DZ=EZ for single use (DSE), bookable with side (1SD) or direct sea view (EMU).

Deluxe Garden Room

The rooms, approx. 80 sqm (including private garden), have a private garden area and sun loungers, garden view, and feature a double bed and an armchair, slippers, bathrobes. This room category includes the Platinum Service Package (such as: VIP fruit and wine service, turndown, laundry, ironing service, and much more) (D2G).

Deluxe Double Room with Terrace Whirlpool

The rooms are located in the main building and offer approx. 80 sqm (including terrace) with a Platinum Service Package (such as: VIP fruit and wine service, turndown, laundry, ironing service, Nespresso machine, and much more). They have a whirlpool on the spacious terrace and are also equipped with sun loungers (DDJ).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

When booking Ultra All Inclusive, you receive: breakfast (also once per stay in the beach à la carte restaurant during summer), lunch and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, freshly squeezed fruit juices with breakfast, snacks during the day. You also have the option to dine at the à la carte restaurants by the pool and on the beach (weather permitting) for lunch, and once per stay in one of the two à la carte restaurants in the evening (otherwise subject to availability and for a fee). A late-night à la carte meal is also available from midnight to 7 am. VS cognacs, premium whiskies, local and imported wines, imported beer, imported liqueurs, rum, as well as various local and some selected international alcoholic drinks, and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars, 24 hours a day. Daily minibar refill with soft drinks, beer, still water, and mineral water. Wearing the All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Some imported drinks, bottled wines, vitamin bar, and energy drinks.

Sports included

Several hard tennis courts during the day, tennis racket and ball rental at reception, table tennis and fitness center, as well as beach volleyball.
