The approx. 25m² rooms have the same facilities as standard rooms, including shower or bath/WC, turndown service, but without a balcony and in a less preferred location (SOZ). A small number are also bookable as single rooms (SOE).

Approx. 42 m², consisting of two rooms with a connecting door and balcony, as well as one French bed, two single beds, 2 bathrooms, slippers, bathrobes, turndown service, and Nespresso machine. The rooms have land view; otherwise, they have the same facilities as the double rooms (F2U).

Approx. 70 m² with balcony, consisting of two rooms with a connecting door, one bedroom with a French bed and a living room with a couch; otherwise, they have the same facilities as the standard rooms. From summer 2026: whirlpool, Nespresso machine, slippers, bathrobes, Platinum Service Package (e.g., VIP fruit and wine service, turndown, laundry, ironing service, and much more) as well as side sea view (2SS) or sea view (So 26, S2M).

The rooms are approx. 35m² in size. With the same facility elements as the Superior double rooms, these are slightly larger (one room) and consist of a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa (D2X).

The renovated and attractively furnished rooms are approx. 30m² in size and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (VRV system), Nespresso machine, satellite TV with music channel, safe, coffee/tea setup, minibar, and a balcony (DSU). Optionally bookable with side sea view (DSS) or direct sea view (DMU) for an extra charge. Double room for single use (DSE) also bookable with side sea view (1SD) or direct sea view (EMU).

The approx. 80 m² rooms (including private garden) with a private garden area and sun loungers have a garden view and feature a double bed and an armchair, slippers, and bathrobes. This room category includes the Platinum Service Package (e.g., VIP fruit and wine service, turndown, laundry, ironing service, and much more) (D2G).

The rooms are located in the main building and offer an area of approx. 80m² (including terrace) and include the Platinum Service Package (e.g., VIP fruit and wine service, turndown, laundry, ironing service, Nespresso machine, and much more). They feature a whirlpool on the spacious terrace and are additionally equipped with sun loungers (DDJ). (Additionally bookable under AYTA24 as Superior Type A (DAS)).

When booking Ultra All Inclusive, you receive: breakfast (also in the à-la-carte restaurant on the beach once per stay, summer only), lunch and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, freshly squeezed fruit juices at breakfast, and snacks during the day. In addition, you have the option to have lunch at the à-la-carte restaurants by the pool and on the beach (subject to weather conditions) as well as dinner once per stay in one of the two à-la-carte restaurants (otherwise subject to availability and for a fee). An à-la-carte meal is also available to you at night from midnight to 7 am. VS cognacs, premium whiskies, domestic and imported wines, imported beer, imported liqueurs, rum, as well as various local and some selected international alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Daily replenishment of the minibar with soft drinks, beer, as well as still and sparkling water. Wearing the All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
