Location

This well-known and popular holiday club is located directly on a spacious sandy/pebble beach. You will find some shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity; Side is approximately 18 km away and Manavgat about 12 km. Taxi and public minibus connections are available in front of the hotel.
The hotel can also be booked with Gazipasa (GZP) destination airport; the distance is 91 km.

The impressive club resort captivates guests with its imaginative design and offers a successful holiday experience for the whole family. The 886 total rooms across the two complexes, Ali Bey Club (443) and Ali Bey Park (443), are distributed among 30 two-story residential buildings, which are richly decorated with colorful ceramic tiles and situated in a spacious garden complex. In the entrance area, you will find the generous reception with seating areas. Further facilities include the main restaurant with a terrace, a beach restaurant (from May to September) for dinner, as well as snacks à la carte 7 times a week (May to September, à la carte restaurants for a fee), an Irish Pub, various bars, a Turkish café, a satellite TV room with a reading corner, and a Midnight Lounge. Various shops and a mini-market are available, each for a fee. You can relax in the well-equipped wellness and spa center (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex. In the beautifully maintained gardens, surrounded by sun terraces, there are two large freshwater swimming pools with pool bars as well as a quiet pool (for ages 15 and up). The main pool on the Club side is heated in March, April, October, and November, depending on weather conditions. Evening entertainment is provided by the two animation stages and the disco. Sun loungers, parasols, cushions, and bath towels are available to our guests free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

Double Room

The pleasantly furnished double rooms (approx. 26 m²) are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, pillow menu, air conditioning (centrally controlled), Wi-Fi, minibar, satellite TV, coffee/tea setup, music channel, safe, tile flooring, and a balcony (D). Double room for single use (DE).

Superior Room

These comfortably and elegantly furnished rooms (approx. 26 m²) combine a touch of traditional and modern architecture. Otherwise possessing the same features as the double rooms, they are equipped with LCD satellite TV, tea/coffee setup, and marble flooring (DSU). Double room for single use (DEU/So27 DSE).

Family Room Type A

Featuring the same amenities as the double rooms (approx. 40 m²), these include an additional bedroom (separated by a door that is open at the top and bottom), an LCD satellite TV, and air conditioning (2FA).

Family Room Type B

Featuring the same amenities as the superior rooms, these include a separate bedroom with a total of two LCD satellite TVs, tea/coffee setup, and two air conditioning units (with connecting door) (2FB).

Breakfast (fresh orange juice, grapefruit juice included), lunch and dinner from the rich buffet, late riser breakfast, international and Turkish snacks during the day (1 p.m. – 6 p.m.), afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, 24-hour ice cream service. Various local and imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as energy drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with beer, soft drinks, and water upon arrival and is refilled daily. Sandwich at the Turkish café from 1 p.m. – 6 p.m., beach restaurant (open May to September, weather-permitting) with snacks à la carte (7 days a week, from May to September) from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. Late check-out lounge and Fitness-First (ages 16 and up).

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Premium imported drinks, sparkling wine, special wines, pavilion area on the beach with catering service (for a fee, reservation required) as well as à la carte restaurants, Adventure Park.

Sports included

Bocce, darts, archery, air rifle shooting, shuffleboard, water and beach volleyball, and table tennis. Starting in summer '26, Fitness First is offered as part of the package.

Tennis center (10 with floodlights) with 60 fine sand courts and 5 paddle tennis courts and pickleball courts, including a center court with a spectator stand, also suitable for team preparations, special service from the PCT tennis school, tennis courses and professional training, children's tennis land, tennis shop, racket rental, and tennis bar, outdoor area for groups and group use of the studio), Germany's leading operator of fitness facilities (on approx. 500 m² of indoor and approx. 1,000 m² of outdoor space, the facility offers generous cardio, strength training, and course areas; the comprehensive offer includes various aerobics and cycling courses as well as personal training), billiards.

For our young guests from 4–12 years old, there is a mini-club with German-speaking childcare, daily animation, and playgrounds (opening hours from 10 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.). Teenager club (13–17 years old, open during the high season and for specific hours). Schoggy baby service for a fee (baby stroller, diapers). Baby lounge on the beach (changing and nursing area), baby sand pool in the aqua park.
Baby cots are available free of charge upon request.

Wellness

Turkish bath and sauna are included. VIP Hamam, massages, and all services in the hotel's own Samara Spa Center are for a fee.

Versatile animation during the day with competitions and games. In the evening, the professional animation team performs international musicals on the animation stage. Gala evening (black and white) once a week, occasional live music and karaoke, Turkish night (red and white), and beach party during the high season.

For a fee: Atari games, pavilion area, laundry and doctor service, telephone charges.
Pavilion service: In the new pavilion area, which is located on the beach, you can be pampered by our various presentations! Our pavilions are available to you between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. with a minibar, tea and coffee, as well as varied fruit platters and champagne. This service is subject to a fee and requires a reservation.
