Location

The holiday resort is located directly on the steeply sloping sand/pebble beach of Kizilagac. A bathing jetty (from 15.5. to 15.10.; weather permitting) makes it easier to enter the sea. Manavgat is approx. 10 km away, Side is 15 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available near the hotel.
The hotel is also bookable with Gazipasa (GZP) airport as the destination, the distance is 80 km.

The family-friendly hotel complex is spread over a 40,000 m² property and consists of a six-story main building and 28 lake houses with a total of 485 rooms (several elevators available). Hotel facilities include the elegant reception hall with reception, lobby bar and comfortable seating areas, the buffet restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (May 1st - Oct 31st, once per minimum stay of seven nights with reservation and availability from May), various bars, discotheque, two conference rooms, the indoor pool with children's pool, hairdresser, shops and a well-equipped wellness center (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in the complex and in the rooms. The beautifully landscaped garden area with swimming pool, sun terraces, pool/snack bar and separate children's pool offers plenty of space for relaxation. In the vicinity of the lake houses, the water park with six slides (hourly) provides splashing fun. Sun loungers, umbrellas, cushions, and beach towels are available free of charge both by the pool and on the beach (beach bar and bathing jetty).

Accommodation

Double Room

The modern rooms are located in the main building and have a bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, LCD satellite TV, minibar, coffee/tea setup, direct dial telephone, laminate flooring and a balcony (D). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM). Double rooms can also be booked as single rooms (DE/DEM).

Comfort Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms additionally feature a second bedroom (with connecting door), split air conditioning, laminate and ceramic flooring, and pool or garden view (FC2).

Family Room Sea View

Located in the main building, these rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but with two bedrooms (two sofa beds) with a sliding door and sea view (F2M).

Lake House Swim-Up Double Room

These rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms and are located in the annex building. The rooms are on the ground floor and have pool/garden view and direct access to the communal pool (LHS). Double rooms can also be booked as single rooms (LH1).

Lake House Double Room

These rooms have the same amenities, location, and size as the Swim-Up Double Rooms, but without direct pool access (LHD). Double rooms can also be booked as single rooms (LHE).

Lake House Swim-Up Family Room

These rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms, are larger, and include a bunk bed for two children (with two sofa beds) and access to the communal pool (LHF).

Rich buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Turkish and international snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, midnight snack, and diet buffets for lunch and dinner. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars, at the discotheque, and from 10 am to 6 pm at the Innavador Bar. The minibar is stocked daily with soft drinks, beer, still water, and mineral water.
