Location

The popular hotel is situated directly on the wide sand/pebble beach of Kizilagac, with some shopping opportunities nearby. The well-known resort town of Side is approx. 15 km away. Taxi and public minibus connections are available in the vicinity.
The hotel can also be booked with Gazipasa (GZP) destination airport; the distance is 93 km. Antalya Airport is about 75 km away.

Facilities

The spacious club complex, which attracts an international clientele, offers a total of 670 rooms and consists of a three-storey main building (with lift) as well as several terraced bungalows and Select buildings. Facilities include an elegant lobby with a reception and seating areas, a main restaurant with a terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (subject to availability, with prior reservation and for a fee), a disco (drinks included from 11 PM to 2 AM, thereafter for a fee), shops, Starbucks (for a fee), a games hall, and a beautiful wellness area (each for a fee) with an indoor pool. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel area. The focal point of the complex is formed by three freshwater swimming pools with sun terraces and pool/snack bars. Sun loungers, parasols, pads, and bath towels are included at the pool and on the beach. The hotel also features a fantastic aqua park with 14 slides (in operation hourly), seven for children and seven for adults, as well as its own snack buffet and a small amusement park with rides, which is open for a few hours in the afternoon.

Club Room

The comfortable rooms consist of one room and are located in the club area, equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (weather-dependent, in operation hourly from June 1st to September 15th/24 hours), minibar, LCD satellite TV, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (CD). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (CDE).

Double Room

Otherwise identical to the club rooms, but located in the main building (D). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE). Sea-side rooms can be booked for an additional charge (DY2/DY1).

Super Saver Room Annex

Located in the three-storey annex building (no lift) near the aqua park, otherwise with identical features (SSZ).

Family Room Type A

These rooms are located in the club area and are in maisonette style. The lower floor features a bedroom with two single beds and an open staircase connection to the second floor. The upper floor has a bedroom, a French bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Otherwise identical features to the club rooms (2FA).

Family Room Type B

Same features as the double rooms in the main building, but with two visually separated bedrooms in maisonette style (on two floors, connected via an open staircase) (2FB). Sea-side rooms can be booked for an additional charge under Type C (2FC).
(Additionally bookable under AYTA32 (2FB/4FB) or with sea view as Type C (2FC/4FC)).

Double Room Select

The rooms (one room) with direct access to the communal pool are located in the VIP Select area and are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, exclusive bathroom amenities (e.g., bathrobes, slippers, peeling glove, shaving kit), direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (weather-dependent, in operation hourly from June 1st to September 15th/24 hours), minibar, LCD satellite TV, safe, coffee/tea set, laminate flooring, and balcony (2SE). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (1SE). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety hazard for small children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, plus various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10:00 AM to 0:30 AM at the respective open bars; soft drinks, beer, and wine are included 24 hours a day in the lobby bar. Your minibar is stocked with still water and soft drinks upon arrival and is refilled daily. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
Exclusive benefits for Select Room guests:
Drinks service, priority reservation in the à-la-carte restaurants, breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the Select Restaurant in à la carte form. Private pavilions on the beach with drinks and ice cream service. Imported alcoholic drinks are only included in the Select area.

Five hard-court tennis courts during the day with your own equipment, paddle tennis court (reservation required), football, beach volleyball, basketball, archery, and table tennis, as well as a fitness room.
