This spacious holiday property is located directly on the broad, Blue Flag sand/pebble beach of Kizilagac with its own pier; some shopping facilities are very close by. The center of the district town Manavgat is 10 km away and the picturesque town center of Side is approx. 15 km away. Public minibus connections are available. The hotel can also be booked with arrival at Gazipasa (GZP) airport; the distance is 91 km. Antalya airport is approx. 70 km away.

The modern holiday resort offers a total of 672 rooms spread across the five-story main building. A spacious lobby with reception, Wi-Fi included, lifts, stylish seating areas, and a lobby bar welcomes you. Further amenities for a carefree holiday include the main restaurant with a terrace and sea view, various à-la-carte restaurants (included once per week in one of the various à-la-carte restaurants, by reservation), patisserie, additional bars, and a disco. There is also a game hall, several conference rooms, various shops, a hairdresser (each for a fee), a spacious indoor pool with a separate children's pool (open in April and October), and an appealing wellness area. In the beautifully landscaped garden, you will find a large freshwater swimming pool, a separate children's pool, a relaxation pool, sun terraces, and the pool/snack bar in summer, in addition to the amphitheater. Sun loungers, parasols, sun canopies, and beach towels are included here and at the beach. Some of the outdoor facilities are only in operation starting from May 1st. From summer 2026, the new Seaden Joyland water slide park (opening on June 15th, operating hourly with adult slides for those with a minimum height of 120 cm and children's slides for those with a maximum height of 120 cm) can be used together with the new sister hotel, Seaden de Mar Resort & Spa.

Double Room

Comfortably furnished in bright colors, the rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, individually controlled air conditioning, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, tea/coffee setup, safe, tile floor, and a balcony with land view (D). Side sea view (DMS), sea view (DM), or comfort rooms with sea view (DKM) can be booked at an additional cost. The comfort rooms offer a late check-out until 3 PM, are located on the upper floors, and feature an additional seating area. DR=SR for single use (DE/DES/DEM/EKM).

Super Saver Room

Identical to the double rooms with land view, and without a balcony or with a French balcony (SOZ).

Family Room

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, these feature a second bedroom with two single beds, a second air conditioning unit, a second LCD satellite TV, and land view (DF2), or with sea view (F2M) at an additional cost.

Suite

Consists of one room; similar amenities to the double rooms with a French bed, whirlpool in the room, and sea view (S2M).

Double Room Type A

With similar amenities to the double rooms at more favorable conditions for families with up to 2 children, land view (DA).

Enjoy rich buffets for breakfast and dinner; lunch is at the Food Corner Okeanos Restaurant; throughout the day, various snacks are available, as well as afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream hour, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is filled with still water, soft drinks, and beer upon arrival; water is replenished daily, soft drinks and beer once per week.
