The resort, built on an 800,000 m² site, features 345 rooms distributed across 14 blocks, each with three floors. Amenities include a reception with a lobby bar, the main restaurant with a terrace area, an à-la-carte restaurant (included once every four nights, reservation required), several bars, an indoor pool (open seasonally), and a well-equipped wellness area.
Various shops and a hair salon (each for a fee) are also part of the facility. An infinity pool is located on the roof, offering the perfect way to cool off on hot days. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the resort.
Outdoor features include a main pool, three lakehouse pools, a relaxation pool, an aqua park with six water slides (for use by guests aged 10+ when accompanied by parents), a children's aqua park with water slides, and a baby pool with water slides. Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are included here and at the beach, which features a pool bar and a beach bar.

These approx. 31m² rooms offer a double bed or two single beds, a sofa, shower/WC, centrally controlled air conditioning (hourly), satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, minibar, safe, kettle with tea/coffee setup, ceramic flooring, and a balcony (D). Swim-Up Room (Summer 25)

Similar in design to the double rooms, these are slightly larger (approx. 38m²) and have direct access to the communal pool for this category. These rooms accordingly offer a pool view (PZ2). DZ=Single room for single occupancy (PZ1). Similar in design to the family rooms, these are more spacious (approx. 71m²), are spread over two floors, and have two bathrooms, two balconies, and access to the pool (DUF). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety hazard for small children.
Therefore, for bookings of these room types at Schauinsland-Reisen, safety guidelines apply.

Family Room

Similar in design to the double rooms, these are approx. 44m² in size and feature two bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed, the second room with two single beds (DF2).

Junior Suite Swim-Up

The approx. 45m² junior suites feature a similar design to the swim-up rooms and include a double bed, a single bed, and a dressing room. They offer direct access to the communal pool (SUJ). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety hazard for small children.
Therefore, for bookings of these room types, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children for safety reasons.

Family Room Duplex Swim-up

For breakfast, late-riser breakfast, lunch, and dinner, guests can serve themselves from the extensive open buffet. There is a children's buffet at certain times, as well as various snacks throughout the day, ice cream, patisserie, and a midnight snack (fixed menu). Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as selected imported drinks are included at the bars that are currently open. The minibar is stocked with water and soft drinks upon arrival; it can be replenished upon request and for an additional charge.
