The chic, comfort hotel is located in the Gündogdu holiday area, directly on the expansive, gently sloping sandy beach. It is approx. 12 km to the town center of Side. Regular public minibus connections and taxis are available near the hotel.

This attractively designed comfort hotel consists of seven floors, four buildings, and a total of 348 rooms. The many amenities include the lobby with a reception, elevators, inviting seating areas and a lobby bar, the pleasantly decorated main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (with at least 7 days of stay, one is included with reservation and subject to availability; Steak à la carte is for a fee), a patisserie, additional bars, a nightclub, and a modern spa area, as well as a heated indoor pool with an integrated children's pool (seasonal 1.11.-1.4.), and for a fee, a shopping center with various shops and a conference room. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. In the beautifully designed outdoor area, you will find the main swimming pool, a children's pool, another pool with five water slides (cooled in summer from 1.6.-10.10.), as well as spacious sun terraces and the inviting snack bar. Here and at the beach with a beach restaurant and bar, sun loungers, parasols, and bath towels (can be changed once daily free of charge with a card) are included.
Winter:
- Indoor pool with children's pool is heated from 1.11.-1.4.
- One outdoor pool is heated from 1.11.-1.4.

Double Room

The rooms are elegantly furnished and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, safe, bathrobe, air conditioning (individually controlled), LED TV, minibar, coffee/tea setup, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM). DR=SR for single use (DE/DEM).

Double Room Swim Up

These feature similar amenities to the double rooms, have tiled floors, a coffee capsule machine, bathrobes, and direct access to the communal pool for swim-up rooms (SWD). A turndown service is available in summer. This room category is only bookable for adults. In winter, also bookable as DR=SR for single use (SWE).
In winter:
When booking this room category, you will receive wine and fruit in your room on the first day, as well as a discount at the steak restaurant and in the spa area. With seven nights, enjoy the use of two free à la carte restaurants and one-time laundry service. Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these offer two bedrooms separated by a door, two showers/WC, bathrobes, two LED TVs, and two balconies (DF2).

Double Room Comfort Sea View

These are double rooms with a sea view. When booking this room category, you will receive wine and fruit in your room on the first day, a turndown service (with at least 7 nights), and a discount at the steak restaurant and in the spa area. With seven nights, enjoy the use of two free à la carte restaurants and one-time laundry service (DKM). DR=SR for single use (EKM).
