Location

The modern holiday residence is located in the Gündogdu holiday area, only approx. 500 m from the sandy beach. A free shuttle bus takes you to the beach several times a day. There are some shopping facilities nearby, and the picturesque town of Side can be reached after about 12 km. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The attractive holiday resort offers a total of 279 rooms spread over three interconnected five-story hotel buildings (three lifts available). Amenities include the designed lobby with reception, chic seating areas, and a lobby bar. There is also a main restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant (optionally once per 7 days of stay, subject to availability and with advance reservation), additional bars, and a patisserie. The hairdresser is available for a fee. The attractive wellness center includes a beautiful indoor pool (open only in the winter season and can be heated depending on weather conditions). Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire facility and in the rooms. In the outdoor area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, as well as another pool with three water slides (hourly) and a relax pool, sun terraces, the pool bar, and a beach snack bar. Comfortable sun loungers, sun umbrellas/awnings, and pool towels are included here and at the beach with its own beach bar.

Double room

The approx. 21 m² rooms consist of one bedroom and are attractively decorated, offering central air conditioning (individually adjustable), shower/WC, bathrobe and slippers, vanity mirror, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, coffee/tea setup, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Pool view can be booked for an additional charge (PD/). Also available to book with side sea view (DMS/DES).

Super saver room

With similar features to the double rooms, these are slightly smaller (approx. 17 m²) and in a less preferred location (SSZ). In Winter '26-27 also available as a double room for single occupancy (SSE).

Double room Type A

With similar features and size as the double rooms, bookable with an occupancy of 3+0 or 2+1 (DA). Also bookable with a surcharge towards the pool side (APD) or with a side sea view (AMS). Double room = Single room for single occupancy (DEA/APE).

Large double room

With similar features to the double rooms, they are slightly larger (27 m²) and feature a bunk bed for children (D2X).

Family room (summer)

Otherwise with similar features to the double rooms, consisting of two separate bedrooms (one double bed in one room and two single beds in the second room) with a connecting door (2FA).

Breakfast with freshly squeezed fruit juices, lunch and dinner from extensive buffets, late riser breakfast, various snacks throughout the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, and ice cream and waffle hour (in summer), as well as a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and some import drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is restocked daily with water, beer, and soft drinks.

Energy drinks, bottled drinks, further import drinks.

Sports included

Table tennis, fitness room, darts, boccia, water polo and water gymnastics, stretching, various water games, and beach volleyball on the beach.
