The modern, comfortable hotel is located in the Gündogdu holiday area, just approx. 600 m from the sandy beach. A free shuttle bus takes you to the beach several times a day. You will find various shopping opportunities nearby, and the picturesque town of Side is about 12 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The stylish holiday resort offers a total of 370 rooms distributed across four interconnected buildings, each with five floors. The many amenities include the stylish lobby with reception, inviting seating areas and a lobby bar, the main restaurant with a terrace, two à-la-carte restaurants (by reservation and for a fee), a patisserie, several bars, a light-flooded indoor pool (winter only/closed from 01/04–31/10), and the beautiful wellness area. There is also a game hall, a conference room, and various shops (all for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex and in the rooms. In the well-maintained garden area, you will find the stage for evening entertainment as well as the pool landscape with a separate children's pool and another activities pool with four water slides (hourly) (At the beginning and end of the season, from 23/04/2027 to 30/05/2027 and from 01/10/2027 to 06/11/2027, the main pool, a children's pool, and the aquapark pool will be heated. Heating depends on weather conditions and is at the hotelier's discretion), sun terraces, pavilion service (for a fee), and the pool/snack bar. Here and at the beach, with its snack/beach bar, sun loungers with integrated pads, sun umbrellas/awnings, and the first bath towel are free of charge (towel change 1x daily free of charge).

The modern rooms, decorated in appealing colors, offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, double bed and a sofa, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), mini-fridge, kettle, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Super saver room

These are identical to the double rooms, located on the first floor and facing the land side. Due to their less favorable location, they are offered at particularly attractive rates. (SSZ).

Family room

These consist of two separate bedrooms separated by a sliding door, one shower/WC, and offer the same equipment as the double rooms (DF2).

Large double room

With similar equipment to the double rooms, these are larger and offer an optical partition between the double bed and the additional sleeping areas (D2X).

Standard double room pool view

The double rooms have the same equipment as the double rooms, feature pool view, and receive the following service: bathrobes for adult guests, 15 minutes introductory massage, 20% discount on wellness offers, faster Wi-Fi throughout the hotel area, wheelchair-accessible facilities in the hotel, welcome cocktail upon arrival, and a beach bag provided on the day of arrival. Free packed lunch on the day of departure; for stays of 7 nights or more, 50% discount on the laundry service (PD). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (PDE). Occupancy: max. 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child.

Superior double room

With the same equipment as the double rooms, Superior rooms additionally receive the following services: bathrobes for adult guests, 15 minutes introductory massage, 20% discount on wellness offers, faster Wi-Fi throughout the hotel area, wheelchair-accessible facilities in the hotel, welcome cocktail upon arrival, and a free packed lunch on the day of departure (DSU).
