The chic comfort hotel is situated in the Gündogdu holiday area, directly on a spacious, gently sloping sandy beach. The town center of Side is approximately 15 km away. Regular public minibus services and taxis are available near the hotel.

This modern holiday retreat consists of four (interconnected) V-shaped building sections with a total of 288 rooms across six floors, serviced by six elevators in total. Various hotel facilities include an elegant lobby with seating areas, reception and lobby bar, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, several à la carte restaurants (from May 1st, subject to availability and advance reservation for stays of at least 7 nights, included once), multiple bars, a disco, two indoor pools (seasonal), and a patisserie. Shops, a mini-market, and a hairdresser are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The well-maintained garden features two freshwater swimming pools in the summer, one of which has two water slides (available hourly from May 1st), a separate children's and baby pool, a sun terrace, a pool/snack bar, and a beach bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and bath towels are provided at the pool and beach free of charge.

Double Room

These modern and comfortably furnished rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (central, weather-dependent), minibar, electric kettle, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate or tiled floor, and a balcony (D). Pool view (PD) or direct sea view (DM) can be booked for an extra charge. DR=SR for single use (DE/PDE/DEM).

Double Room Garden

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are located in the annex building with a terrace and offer a view of the garden (DG). DR=SR for single use (DEG).

Family Room Type A

These offer the same amenities as the double rooms but include an additional bedroom with a connecting door. The view is at the discretion of the hotel management (2FA).

Large Family Room Type B (Summer 2025)

These are more spacious and feature similar amenities and layout as the Family Room Type A, including a shower/WC; the view is at the discretion of the hotel management (2FB).

Comfort Double Room

These feature the same amenities as the double rooms but can be booked with an occupancy of 3+0 (2CD).

All Inclusive

Counter with a wide selection of fresh fruit in a vacation hotel lobby.

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast and dinner in buffet form, late riser breakfast, lunch on the beach, patisserie with coffee/tea and pastries (10 am – 10 pm), snacks & hamburgers, and midnight buffet. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Upon arrival, the minibar is stocked with still water, mineral water, soft drinks, and fruit juice. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
