The comfortable hotel is located in the Gündogdu holiday area, approx. 300m from the extensive, gently sloping sandy beach. The center of Side is about 12 km away; public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The comfortable hotel, renovated in winter 24/25 and attractively designed, has a total of 286 rooms, spread across four buildings with five floors each and elevators. Amenities include an elegant reception hall with seating areas, a lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with terrace, two à la carte restaurants (one included once with a minimum 7-night stay, reservation required) and various bars. The hotel also offers conference rooms and a nightclub. There is a shopping arcade with a kiosk, a hairdresser (both for a fee), a well-equipped spa and wellness center, and a modern, heated indoor pool (weather permitting). Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The charming garden area features a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a relaxation pool, a separate pool with two water slides, sun terraces, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and bath towels are available free of charge (with the bath towel card). Same-day exchange is only available for a fee.

Double Room

The rooms are elegantly furnished and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled), Wi-Fi included, LED satellite TV, minibar, coffee/tea setup, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Pool view can be booked at an extra charge (PD). Double room for single use (DE) available at an extra charge with pool view (PDE).

Large Double Room

With similar furnishings to the double rooms, these are more spacious and include an extra bed (D2X).

Family Room

With otherwise identical furnishings to the double rooms, these rooms feature an additional sleeping area separated by an interconnecting door (DF2).

Rich buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a diet corner, late riser's breakfast, various snacks throughout the day, patisserie (11:30 am - 6:30 pm), ice cream, late dinner from the mini buffet (9 pm - midnight), and night snacks (open buffet from 9 pm - 7 am). All drinks are served at your table in the main restaurant. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked daily with still water and soft drinks.
