Location

The spacious hotel complex is located directly on the long, gently sloping fine sandy beach in the Gündogdu holiday region. The center of Side can be reached after about 12 km; public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
The attractively designed comfort hotel has a total of 509 rooms, which are distributed over a main building and four annexes (all buildings are connected by the lobby area), each with four and five floors (lifts available). Amenities include the elegant reception hall with a reception desk and inviting seating areas, a lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (once per stay of at least 7 nights with prior reservation), Excellence Restaurant (open 24 hours), as well as various bars, a patisserie, and a café. In addition, the hotel offers conference rooms, video games, an internet café, a shopping arcade including a kiosk, a hairdresser, a well-equipped spa and wellness center, and an indoor pool (not heated from 1.5 to 1.10) for a fee. Cinema for 50 people, discotheque. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex. In the lovingly designed garden area, there is a large swimming pool landscape with three water slides as well as a small additional pool with a separate children's pool and two water slides (aquapark; water slides are in operation from 1.4 to 31.10, weather-dependent and hourly), sun terraces, and pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are provided free of charge for our guests (upon presentation of the beach towel card).

Double Room

DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE). Can be booked with a side sea view for an extra charge (DMS/DES)

Double Room Sea View

Slightly smaller than the double rooms but with the same facilities and with a sea view (DM). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DEM). (Additionally bookable under AYTC17 (DM/DEM) or on the upper floors (UPS/UPE).)

Family Room

These feature identical amenities to the double rooms, with the addition of a separate bedroom divided by an interconnecting door (DF2).

Junior Suite

These feature identical amenities to the double rooms, with a seating area and a bedroom area separated by a partition wall (1.20 m), as well as a bathroom with a whirlpool and shower/WC (J2S). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (JS1).

Comfort Room

Similar in equipment to the family rooms, with a maximum occupancy of 2 people and a sea view (2CD). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (1CD). Additionally includes turn-down service, free use of 2 à-la-carte restaurants, 1 laundry service (excluding dry cleaning), a fruit plate and wine in the room on arrival, as well as a 30% discount on spa treatments.
