The hotel is located in Evrenseki, approx. 400 m from the sandy beach. A free shuttle service takes you to the beach regularly. The center of Manavgat is about 15 km away. The nearest attractions are in Side, about 7 km away, and the city center is about 1 km away. Antalya Airport is approx. 65 km away.

The hotel has 219 rooms spread over five floors with an elevator. The interior includes reception, lobby with seating areas and lobby bar, various shops, conference room, hairdresser (each for a fee) and indoor pool (pre- and late season, closed from May 1st to October 1st). Wi-Fi is included in the lobby, by the pool and in the rooms. Other facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace and an à la carte restaurant (June 1st - September 30th), patisserie, various bars and a mini-market. The outdoor area has an amphitheater, a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, three water slides (hourly) and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas are included here and at the beach with a beach/snackbar. Bath towel changes are free once a day.

The rooms are functionally and modernly furnished with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), direct dial telephone, satellite TV, rental safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, laminate flooring and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE). In the early season, the room can be booked at more favorable conditions (DA/DI/DEI). Rooms with a pool view can be booked at an additional cost (DP).

With the same amenities as the double rooms, they offer two separate bedrooms with a connecting door and a balcony (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch and dinner (with ice cream in the evening) from a varied buffet, snacks during the day, tea/coffee and pastries in the afternoon, as well as Turkish flatbread on the beach. Alternatively, you can dine in the à la carte restaurant once per stay (open 3 times a week; June 1st - September 30th, 2025 with reservation). Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars from 10 a.m. to midnight. Your minibar will be stocked with soft drinks upon arrival and still water daily.
