The hotel is located in Evrenseki, approx. 400 m from the sandy beach. A free shuttle service takes you to the beach regularly. The town center of Manavgat is approx. 15 km away. The nearest sights can be found in Side, approx. 7 km away, and the town center is approx. 1 km away. Antalya Airport is approx. 65 km away.

The hotel has 219 rooms spread over five floors with an elevator. The indoor area includes a reception, lobby with seating areas and lobby bar, various shops, a conference room, a hairdresser (for a fee), and an indoor pool (closed in the pre- and post-season, May 1st - October 1st). Wi-Fi is included in the lobby, by the pool, and in the rooms. Further facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace and an à la carte restaurant (June 1st - September 30th), a patisserie, various bars, and a mini-market. The outdoor area features an amphitheater, a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, three water slides (operates for a few hours a day), and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, mattresses, and umbrellas are included here and at the beach with a beach/snackbar. Towel changes are free of charge once a day.

The rooms are functionally and modernly furnished with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), direct dial telephone, satellite TV, safe (for a fee), minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE). In the low season, the room can be booked at more favorable rates (DA/DI/DEI). Rooms with a pool view can be booked for an additional charge (DP).

Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the open bars from 10 AM to midnight. Your minibar will be stocked with soft drinks upon arrival and with still water daily.
