Location

This modern holiday residence is centrally located in the Evrenseki holiday region; the long sandy beach is approximately 350 m away, and a complimentary shuttle is available several times a day. The picturesque center of Side can be reached after approx. 7 km; public transport is available.

Accommodation

Summer:
The striking resort, which is exclusively bookable for adults aged 16 and over from summer 2027, offers 198 rooms spread across two interconnected four-story buildings. Amenities for a carefree holiday include the impressively designed lobby with reception, elevators, chic seating areas and lobby bar, as well as the main restaurant with terrace, an à la carte restaurant with two different themes (included once per stay with advance reservation and subject to availability from 1.5.–31.10.), patisserie, several bars, and a beautiful wellness area with an indoor pool and separate children's pool (heated seasonally). Several shops and a hairdresser available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex and at the beach. In the well-maintained outdoor area, you will find a swimming pool with three water slides (hourly), a separate children's pool, a sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar. Here and at the beach (with snack bar, from 1.5., weather permitting), sun loungers with integrated cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included.

Super saver room

Identical to the double rooms but without a balcony (SSZ(Su26)/SOZ). In summer 26, also bookable with balcony in limited numbers and at specific times (DI).

Double room Superior

Same features as the double rooms and approx. 33 m² in size. Additionally, you receive a welcome gift and bathrobe in the room (DSU). DR = SR bookable for single use (DSE).

King Suite

Similar in features to the double rooms, the King Suite consists of one room approx. 85m² in size with an additional seating area and whirlpool (S2).

Comfort double room (Summer)
