Location

This comfortable hotel is separated from the gently sloping, fine sandy beach only by the popular beach promenade and is located approx. 10 km from the town center of Side, with its many shopping and entertainment options. Public minibus connections are available.

Facilities

Summer:
The modern and quiet adults-only hotel (bookable from 16 years of age) was completely renovated in winter 25/26 and consists of two, five-story building sections connected by the hotel lobby, featuring a total of 208 rooms (two elevators available). The holiday domicile's various facilities include an elegant lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is free of charge throughout the entire property. The buffet restaurant with terrace area, various à-la-carte restaurants (some à-la-carte restaurants are subject to a fee; others can be visited with prior reservation and subject to availability for stays of at least 7 nights), multiple bars, a patisserie, a conference room, and the spa and wellness center as well as the indoor pool offer many further amenities. Furthermore, there is a hairdresser, various shops, and a mini-market (each for a fee). In the outdoor area of the hotel, there is a large freshwater swimming pool with sun terraces and a pool/snack bar. Here, as well as at the hotel's own beach section (with beach/snack bar), sun loungers, bath towels, and sunshades are included for our guests.
Winter:
- Not all à-la-carte restaurants are open.
- The indoor pool is heated depending on weather conditions and at the hotelier's discretion.

Deluxe Double Room

The rooms are approx. 22 m² in size and are tastefully furnished. They feature one double bed or two single beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, bathrobe, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), electric kettle with a selection of coffee and tea, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with side sea view (DMS) and sea view (DM) can be booked at an additional cost. Double room for single use with side sea view (DES) and direct sea view (DEM) are also bookable.

Double Room Garden View

The approx. 22–26 m² rooms feature a double bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, bathrobe, direct-dial telephone, centrally controlled air conditioning, electric kettle with a selection of coffee and tea, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a terrace with sea view (2GD). Also bookable for single use (DZ = EZ/1GD).

Double Room Deluxe (AYTC37)

The Deluxe Double Rooms are approx. 22-26 m² and are equipped with telephone, minibar (for a fee), TV, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, and centrally controlled air conditioning, as well as a balcony and landscape view (DD2).
Also available for an extra charge with side sea view (DDS/EDD) and direct sea view (DDM/DM1).

Superior Double Room with Whirlpool

The approx. 40–55 m² rooms feature a double bed, a separate living area, shower/WC, whirlpool, hairdryer, vanity mirror, bathrobe, direct-dial telephone, centrally controlled air conditioning, electric kettle with a selection of coffee and tea, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony with sea view (J2N). Also bookable for single use (J1N).

Suite Sea View

The approx. 40–55 m² suites feature a stylish round bed, a separate living area, shower/WC, bathtub, hairdryer, vanity mirror, bathrobe, direct-dial telephone, centrally controlled air conditioning, electric kettle with a selection of coffee and tea, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony with sea view (S2M).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Breakfast with fresh orange juice, lunch and dinner from the buffet, late-riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, from 4 PM to 12 AM coffee/tea, pastries, and ice cream in the patisserie, as well as midnight snacks. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks as well as some imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Upon arrival, the minibar is stocked with still water, fruit juice concentrates, mineral water, soft drinks, and beer, and is replenished daily with water, mineral water, soft drinks, and fruit juice concentrates. Beachwear is undesirable at dinner. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Additional visits to one of the à-la-carte restaurants and bottled drinks.
