Location

The hotel is located in the well-known Evrenseki holiday region, approx. 250 m from the extensive, gently sloping sandy beach and approx. 8 km from the historic town center of Side with its many shopping and entertainment facilities. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
The popular holiday resort consists of five buildings and has a total of 346 rooms on five floors (five lifts available). The various hotel facilities include a tastefully furnished reception hall with a reception, lobby bar, seating areas, and an LCD satellite TV corner, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant (with prior reservation and reservation fee, from Summer '26 with prior reservation and no reservation fee), various bars, a disco, and a modern indoor pool (open and heated in winter). There is also a playroom with an internet corner, shops, and a hairdresser (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is free in the reception area and in the rooms. The outdoor area features two freshwater swimming pools, one with four water slides, a relaxation pool, and a separate children's pool with water slides for children (seasonal), as well as a beach snack bar. Sun loungers by the pool and on the beach, beach towels, and cushions by the pool are included.

Double Room

The modern and tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, mini-fridge, kettle with tea/coffee setup, satellite TV with music channel, rental safe, individually adjustable air conditioning, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). In winter, can be booked as Type I with limited availability (DI/DC). Single occupancy (DZ=EZ) available (DE). On specific dates in summer, single rooms are available at slightly lower prices with limited availability (DEA).
With an occupancy of 2+2+1 or 3+1+1, the room may feel cramped.
Also available as a Young Traveller room (only for guests aged 18-29) (YTR). Single occupancy also available (YTE).

Double Room Superior

Identical to the double rooms, but located in the annexe building (DSU). Also bookable for single occupancy in Summer '26 (DSE).

Super Saver Room

Identical to the double rooms and in a less favorable location (SSZ). Also bookable as a double room for single use for Winter 26/27 (SSE).

With otherwise similar amenities, these rooms consist of two bedrooms in a duplex style with an open staircase (DF2).

Family Room Type A

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms consist of two separate sleeping areas with a connecting door (2FA).

Double Room Type B

The modern and tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, mini-fridge, kettle with tea/coffee setup, satellite TV with music channel, rental safe, individually adjustable air conditioning, laminate flooring, and a balcony (DB). Single occupancy (DZ=EZ) available (DEB).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, midnight soup. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages from 10 am to midnight at the open bars are included. The mini-fridge is stocked with still water daily.
