The chic, upscale hotel is separated from the gently sloping, fine sandy beach only by the popular promenade. The historic center of Side with its many shops and entertainment venues is about 8 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available nearby.

The modern, U-shaped, adults-only holiday resort (bookable for guests aged 18 and over) has three interconnected buildings with a total of 295 rooms spread across seven floors (elevators available). Among the many amenities are the impressive lobby with reception, elegant seating areas and lobby bar, two buffet restaurants with terrace seating. Breakfast and lunch are served in the 'Sunrise' restaurant, the evening buffet in the 'Sunset' restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (each once per stay with prior reservation and subject to availability, open several times a week), a patisserie, a café, and various bars. There is also a cinema, a hairdresser (for a fee), the 'Romance Night Club', and a spacious indoor pool (open in winter) with a whirlpool and a well-equipped wellness area. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. In the attractively landscaped outdoor area, you will find a stage for evening entertainment and a spacious pool landscape with a freshwater swimming pool, sun terraces, and a pool/snack bar. Here, and at the beach bar (open from May 1st to October 31st, weather permitting), loungers with integrated cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included for our guests.
Winter:
- One pool and the relaxation pool are heated depending on the weather.
- À la carte restaurant open several times a week.
- Soft animation only during the day.
- Funpark is only open in summer.
- Only one of the 'Sunset' and 'Sunrise' restaurants is open.
- Sun loungers and beach towels on the sun terrace are included.
- The whirlpool in the indoor pool is heated from November 1st to May 1st.

Double Room "Elite Room"

The elegantly furnished rooms offer two single beds, an open-plan bathroom with a sink, a glass-enclosed shower and a separate toilet, hairdryer, personal scale, direct dial telephone, bathrobe and slippers, individually regulated air conditioning, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, laptop-sized safe with charging socket, electric kettle for coffee and tea preparation, laminate flooring, and a balcony or terrace (D). Sea view (DM) and side sea view (DMS) can be booked at an additional charge. Double room = single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Double Room "Pool Access"

This room type, with similar amenities to the Elite Rooms, offers two single beds, a terrace with loungers and a parasol, a capsule coffee machine, and direct access to the private communal pool, accessible only to ten rooms (PZ2). Double room = single use bookable (PZ1).

Junior Suite "Elite Suite"

While otherwise similarly equipped to the double rooms, these suites are more spacious with a double bed and also feature a second sink, a seating area, a desk, a capsule coffee machine, parquet flooring, and a balcony with sea view. Guests in the junior suites will receive a fruit basket and wine in their room (J2M). Double room = single use bookable (J1M).

Suite "Deluxe Suite"

These suites, otherwise similarly equipped to the junior suites with a double bed, feature a visually separated sleeping area and a living area, also equipped with a capsule coffee machine, an open-plan bathroom with two sinks, a glass-enclosed shower, a separate toilet, and a freestanding hydromassage bathtub with sea view. When booking a suite, you will receive a fruit basket and wine in your room (S2M). Double room = single use bookable (S1M).

Comfort Double Room Whirlpool

This room features a terrace with a retractable roof (bioclimatic pergola) conservatory system. A whirlpool and a relaxation bed (for two) are on the terrace. View of the mountain side of the country (room 38 m², terrace "conservatory" 14 m², total area 52m²). Two single beds in the room, an open-plan bathroom with a sink, a glass-enclosed shower and a separate toilet, hairdryer, personal scale, direct dial telephone, bathrobe and slippers, individually regulated air conditioning, minibar, capsule coffee machine, LCD satellite TV with music channel, laptop-sized safe with charging socket, electric kettle for coffee and tea preparation, and laminate flooring (CDJ). Double room = single use bookable (EDJ).

Relax Room

This room type features a terrace with loungers and parasols, a capsule coffee machine, and direct access to the communal pool, which is heated (only in winter) and accessible only to these room types. Garden view, two single beds in the room, a capsule coffee machine, an open-plan bathroom with a sink, a glass-enclosed shower, and a separate toilet (R2D). Double room = single use bookable (R1D).

Double Room Sea View (AYTC59)

Deluxe Suite (AYTC59)

The rooms feature a double bed with sea view, a seating area and sleeping area separated by an intermediate wall, parquet flooring, balcony, TV, shower, toilet, bathtub with hydromassage, centrally controlled multi-split air conditioning, table and chairs, PlayStation, DVD recorder, minibar, coffee and tea set, laptop-size safe with socket, and Wi-Fi.

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast (including fresh orange juice), lunch and dinner from extensive buffets, late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, ice cream, coffee/tea and pastries at the patisserie, and midnight snack at the bistro bar. Dinner can also be enjoyed in one of the two à la carte restaurants (once per stay for stays of at least 7 nights, with reservation and subject to availability). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar is stocked daily with local soft drinks, water, and beer. Complimentary pillow service. Long trousers are mandatory for men at dinner. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
