This chic, upscale hotel is separated from the gently sloping, fine sandy beach only by the popular beach promenade. The historic town center of Side, with its many shopping and entertainment options, is approximately 8 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available nearby.

This modern, U-shaped "Adults-only" holiday home (bookable for ages 18 and up) features three interconnected building sections with a total of 295 rooms spread over seven floors (elevators available). Many amenities include the impressive lobby with reception, elegant seating areas, and a lobby bar, as well as two buffet restaurants with terrace areas. Breakfast and lunch are served in the "Sunrise" restaurant, and the dinner buffet in the "Sunset" restaurant. There are also various à-la-carte restaurants (each available once per stay with prior reservation and subject to availability, open several times a week), a patisserie, café, and various bars. Furthermore, there is a cinema, hair salon (for a fee), "Romance Night Club," and a spacious indoor pool (open and heated in winter) with a whirlpool and a well-equipped wellness area. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire hotel area. The attractively designed outdoor area features a stage for evening events, as well as a spacious pool landscape with a freshwater swimming pool, sun terraces, and a pool/snack bar. Here and at the beach, with a beach bar (open from May 1st to Oct 31st, weather permitting), sun loungers with integrated pads, parasols, and bath towels are included for our guests.
Winter:
- Indoor pool and one pool are heated in winter, weather permitting.
- À-la-carte restaurant open several times a week.
- Only light entertainment during the day.
- Funpark is only open in summer.
- Only one of the "Sunset" and "Sunrise" restaurants is open.
- Sun loungers and bath towels on the sun terrace are included.
- The whirlpool in the indoor pool area is heated from Nov 1st to May 1st.

The elegantly furnished rooms offer two single beds, an open-plan bathroom with washbasin, glass-enclosed shower, and separate toilet, hairdryer, personal scale, direct-dial telephone, bathrobe and slippers, air conditioning (VRV system), minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, laptop-sized safe with charging outlet, kettle for coffee and tea making, laminate flooring, and a balcony or terrace (D). Sea view (DM) and partial sea view (DMS) can be booked for an extra charge. Double room for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Double room "Pool Access"

With amenities similar to the Elite rooms, this room type offers two single beds, a terrace with sun loungers and a parasol, a capsule coffee machine, and direct access to a private communal pool accessible only to these ten rooms (PZ2). Double room for single use available (PZ1).

Junior Suites "Elite Suite"

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, these are more spacious with a double bed and also feature a second washbasin, a seating area, desk, capsule coffee machine, parquet flooring, and a balcony with sea view. Guests in the Junior Suites are provided with a fruit basket and wine in the room (J2M). Double room for single use available (J1M).

Suites "Deluxe Suite"

With otherwise similar amenities to the Junior Suites with a double bed, these feature a visually separated sleeping area and a living area, also equipped with a capsule coffee machine, open-plan bathroom with two washbasins, glass-enclosed shower, separate toilet, and a free-standing hydromassage bathtub, and a sea view. Upon booking the suite, a fruit basket and wine await you in the room (S2M). Double room for single use available (S1M).

Comfort Double Room Whirlpool

This room features a terrace with a retractable roof (bioclimatic pergola) conservatory system, a whirlpool, and a relaxation bed (for two) on the terrace. Views of the mountain side of the region (room 38 m², "conservatory" terrace 14 m², total size 52 m²). Two single beds in the room, open-plan bathroom with washbasin, glass-enclosed shower and separate toilet, hairdryer, personal scale, direct-dial telephone, bathrobe and slippers, air conditioning (VRV system), minibar, capsule coffee machine, LCD satellite TV with music channel, laptop-sized safe with charging outlet, kettle for coffee and tea making, and laminate flooring (CDJ). Double room for single use available (EDJ).

Relax Room

This room type features a terrace with sun loungers and parasols, a capsule coffee machine, and direct access to a heated (winter only) communal pool accessible only to these room types. Garden view, two single beds in the room, capsule coffee machine, open-plan bathroom with washbasin, glass-enclosed shower, and separate toilet (R2D). Double room for single use available (R1D).

These rooms feature a double bed with sea view, seating area, and sleeping area separated by a partition wall, parquet flooring, balcony, TV, shower, toilet, bathtub with hydromassage, centrally controlled multi-split air conditioning, table and chairs, Playstation, DVD recorder, minibar, coffee and tea set, laptop-sized safe with power outlet, and Wi-Fi.

Breakfast (including freshly squeezed orange juice), lunch and dinner from rich buffets, late riser breakfast, various snacks throughout the day, ice cream, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie, as well as midnight snacks at the bistro bar. Option to have dinner in one of the two à-la-carte restaurants (once per stay of at least 7 nights, with reservation and subject to availability). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the currently open bars. Your minibar is stocked daily with local soft drinks, water, and beer. Complimentary pillow menu. Men are required to wear long trousers for dinner. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
