This chic, upscale hotel is separated from the gently sloping, fine sandy beach only by the popular beach promenade. The historic center of Side, with its many shopping and entertainment options, is approximately 8 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available nearby.

The modern, U-shaped Adults-only holiday residence (bookable for guests aged 18 and over) features three interconnected building wings with a total of 295 rooms spread over seven floors (elevators available). Many amenities include the impressive lobby with reception, elegant seating areas and lobby bar, and two buffet restaurants with terrace areas. Breakfast and lunch are served in the "Sunrise" restaurant, and the evening buffet is in the "Sunset" restaurant. There are also various à-la-carte restaurants (each available once per stay with advance reservation and subject to availability, open several times a week), a patisserie, café, and several bars. Furthermore, there is a cinema, a hairdresser (for a fee), a "Romance Night Club," as well as a spacious indoor pool (open and heated in winter) with a whirlpool and a well-equipped wellness area. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The attractively landscaped outdoor area features a stage for evening events, as well as a spacious pool landscape with a freshwater swimming pool (one pool can be cooled at the hotelier's discretion), sun terraces, and a pool/snack bar. Here and at the beach, with its beach bar (open from 05/01 to 10/31, weather permitting), loungers with integrated cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included for our guests.
Winter:
- Indoor pool and one pool are heated in winter, weather permitting.
- À-la-carte restaurant open several times a week.
- Daytime soft animation only.
- Funpark is only open in summer.
- Only one of the "Sunset" and "Sunrise" restaurants is open.
- Loungers and beach towels are included on the sun terrace.
- The whirlpool in the indoor pool is heated from 11/01 to 05/01.

Double room "Elite-Room"

The elegantly furnished rooms offer two single beds, an open-plan bathroom with sink, glass shower and closed toilet, hairdryer, personal scale, direct-dial telephone, bathrobe and slippers, air conditioning (VRV air conditioning), minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, laptop-sized safe with power outlet for charging, electric kettle for coffee and tea making, laminate flooring, and a balcony or terrace (D). Sea view (DM) and side sea view (DMS) can be booked for an extra charge. DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Double room "Pool Access"

This room type offers similar amenities to the Elite rooms with two single beds, but additionally features a terrace with loungers and a parasol, a capsule coffee machine, and direct access to a private communal pool, accessible only to ten of these rooms (PZ2). DZ=EZ can be booked for single use (PZ1).

Junior suites "Elite-Suite"

These are more spacious with a double bed, otherwise offering similar amenities to the double rooms, and also feature a second sink, a seating area, desk, capsule coffee machine, parquet flooring, and a balcony with sea view. For guests in the junior suites, a fruit basket and wine are provided in the room (J2M). DZ=EZ can be booked for single use (J1M).

Suites "Deluxe-Suite"

These rooms feature a double bed, a visually separated sleeping area, and a living area, otherwise offering similar amenities to the junior suites. They are also equipped with a capsule coffee machine, open-plan bathroom with two sinks, glass shower, closed toilet, and a freestanding hydromassage bathtub, with sea view. Upon booking a suite, a fruit basket and wine await you in the room (S2M). DZ=EZ can be booked for single use (S1M).

Comfort Double room Whirlpool

This room has a terrace with a retractable roof (bioclimatic pergola) winter garden system. Whirlpool and relax bed (for two) on the terrace. View of the mountain side of the country (room 38 m² + terrace "winter garden" 14 m², total size 52 m²). Two single beds in the room, an open-plan bathroom with sink, glass shower and closed toilet, hairdryer, personal scale, direct-dial telephone, bathrobe and slippers, air conditioning (VRV air conditioning), minibar, capsule coffee machine, LCD satellite TV with music channel, laptop-sized safe with power outlet for charging, electric kettle for coffee and tea making, and laminate flooring (CDJ). DZ=EZ can be booked for single use (EDJ).

Relax room

This room type features a terrace with loungers and parasols, a coffee capsule machine, as well as direct access to a heated (heated only in winter) communal pool accessible only to these room types. Garden view, two single beds in the room, a capsule coffee machine, and an open-plan bathroom with sink, glass shower, and closed toilet (R2D). DZ=EZ can be booked for single use (R1D).

Breakfast (including freshly squeezed orange juice), lunch and dinner from rich buffets, late-riser breakfast, various snacks throughout the day, ice cream, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie, as well as a midnight snack at the bistro bar. Choice of dinner in one of the two à-la-carte restaurants (once per stay for stays of at least 7 nights, with reservation and subject to availability). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the open bars. Your minibar is restocked daily with local soft drinks, water, and beer.
