The hotel is located in the Side-Evrenseki holiday area, only approx. 300 m from the long, gently sloping sandy beach. The distance to the centre of Side with its historical sights and numerous shopping and entertainment options is approx. 10 km. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

This holiday hotel, popular with many returning guests, consists of four buildings, each with five floors (five lifts available) and a total of 417 rooms. The tastefully furnished reception hall in the main building features inviting seating areas and a lobby bar with panoramic views of the resort, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (some à la carte restaurants are subject to a charge; one à la carte restaurant is included for stays of 7 nights, with reservation and subject to availability. The fish à la carte restaurant is open from June 1st to October 15th; the others are open from April 1st to November 12th) and a patisserie. There is also a hairdresser, various shops, a game hall, and the modern spa area (all subject to charge). Wi-Fi is included in the spacious reception area, on the beach, by the pool, in the rooms, and in general areas of the resort. The beautifully landscaped garden features a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a water slide, sun terrace, and pool bar. The indoor pool is open on specific dates and depending on the weather. Here, as well as on the beach, with a beach bar, sun loungers (with integrated cushions) and umbrellas are included for our guests. Bath towels are available with a towel card.

The modernly furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, satellite TV, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE). Can also be booked with limited availability under type I (DI).

Large Double Room

These rooms are slightly larger than the double rooms (consisting of one room) and have bunk beds for children (with a visual separation), in addition to the same amenities as the double rooms. (D2X)

Family Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but include an additional separate bedroom with a connecting door and a second bathroom with a small toilet and low sink for children (DF2).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Afternoon snacks, coffee/tea, and pastries at the patisserie, as well as an ice cream hour. Dinner at an à la carte restaurant is included once for stays of seven nights. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with mineral water, soft drinks, beer, and still water upon arrival and is refilled daily with still water thereafter. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
