The hotel is located in the Side-Evrenseki holiday area, only approx. 300 m from the long, gently sloping sandy beach. The distance to the center of Side with its historical sights and many shopping and entertainment options is approx. 10 km. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

This holiday hotel, popular with many regular guests, consists of four buildings with five floors each (five elevators available) and a total of 417 rooms. In the main building, you will find the tastefully decorated reception hall with a reception area, inviting seating areas, and a lobby bar with a panoramic view of the grounds, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (some à-la-carte for a fee; one visit to an à-la-carte restaurant is included per 7-night stay, subject to reservation and availability. The fish à-la-carte restaurant is open from June 1st to October 15th, the others are open from April 1st to November 12th) and a patisserie. Additionally, there is a hairdresser, various shops, a game hall, and a modern spa area (all for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in the large reception area, at the beach, by the pool, in the rooms, and in the general areas of the complex. In the beautifully landscaped garden, you will find a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a water slide, a sun terrace, and a pool bar. The indoor pool is open on certain dates and depending on weather conditions. Here, as well as on the beach with a beach bar, sun loungers (with integrated cushions) and parasols are included for our guests. You can receive beach towels with a towel card.

Double room

The modern rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, satellite TV, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Double room = single room for sole occupancy (DE). Available as type I with limited availability (DI).

Large double room

These are slightly larger than the double rooms (consist of one room) and, with the same facilities as the double rooms, include a bunk bed for the children (with a visual partition). (D2X)

Family room

With otherwise identical features to the double rooms, these include an additional separate bedroom with a connecting door and a second bathroom with a small toilet and a low washbasin for the children (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet. In the afternoon, various snacks, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie, as well as an ice cream hour. Dinner in the à-la-carte restaurant is included once for stays of seven nights. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars 24 hours a day. The minibar is stocked with mineral water, soft drinks, beer, and still water upon arrival and is subsequently refilled daily with still water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
