Location

The hotel is located in the Side-Evrenseki holiday area, only approx. 300 m from the long, gently sloping sandy beach. The distance to the center of Side with its historical sights and numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities is approx. 10 km. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

The holiday hotel, popular with many regular guests, consists of four buildings, each with five floors (five lifts available) and a total of 417 rooms. The main building houses the tastefully furnished reception hall with a reception, inviting seating areas and a panoramic lobby bar overlooking the complex, the buffet restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (some à la carte restaurants for a fee, 1 à la carte restaurant included once per 7 nights with reservation and subject to availability. Fish A la Carte opens on June 1st to October 15th, the rest are open from April 1st to November 12th) and a patisserie. There is also a hairdresser, various shops, a game hall and the modern spa area (all for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in the large reception area, on the beach, by the pool, in the rooms and in the general areas of the complex. The beautifully landscaped garden features a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a water slide, sun terrace and pool bar. The indoor pool is open on certain dates and depending on the weather. Here, as well as on the beach with a beach bar, sun loungers (with integrated cushions) and sunshades are included for our guests. Bath towels are available with a towel card.

Double Room

The modern rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, satellite TV, safe, laminate flooring and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE). Can be booked under type I with limited availability (DI).

Large Double Room

These rooms are slightly larger than the double rooms (consist of one room) and, with the same furnishings as the double rooms, have a bunk bed for children (with a visual separation). (D2X)

Family Room

These rooms have an additional separate bedroom with a connecting door and a second bathroom with a small toilet and low sink for children (DF2), otherwise they have the same furnishings as the double rooms.

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet. Afternoon snacks, coffee/tea, and cake at the patisserie, as well as ice cream. Dinner at an à la carte restaurant is included once for stays of seven nights. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. The minibar is stocked with mineral water, soft drinks, beer, and still water upon arrival and is then refilled daily with still water. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Imported drinks, Turkish coffee, and freshly squeezed fruit juices.

Included Sports

A tartan court for tennis and basketball, and squash (during the day), rental of tennis rackets and balls (against deposit, also applies to basketball), table tennis, fitness room, beach volleyball, and garden chess.
