Location

The modern holiday residence is located in the popular Evrenseki region, approx. 400 m from the expansive, gently shelving sandy beach. In summer, a regular hotel shuttle to the beach is available to you free of charge several times a day. You can reach the center of Side after approx. 6 km; public minibus connections and taxis can be found near the hotel.

Facilities

The modern comfort hotel offers a total of 513 rooms spread over four floors. Diverse amenities include an elegant lobby with reception, inviting seating areas, lobby bar, elevators, buffet restaurant with terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (included once per stay of 7 nights with prior reservation), further bars, game hall and various shops (for a fee), patisserie, indoor pool, as well as a well-equipped wellness area. Wi-Fi is available to you free of charge throughout the entire hotel building. In the well-maintained outdoor area, you will find a freshwater swimming pool (only usable in summer), a separate children's pool, another pool with four water slides, sun terraces, and a snack bar. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are provided free of charge here and at the hotel's own beach (with beach bar).

Accommodation

Double room

The tastefully furnished rooms (located either in the main or annex building) offer shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe (for a fee), air conditioning (by the hour, individually adjustable), safe, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, mini-fridge, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Pool view can be booked for an extra charge (PD). Double room for single use (DE/PDE).

Family room

Consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door, with otherwise the same equipment features as the double rooms with shower/WC. These can also be located in the main or annex building (DF2). Can be booked with pool view for an extra charge (FP2).

Super saver room

Identical to the double rooms (located either in the main or annex building), in a slightly less preferred location, smaller (15 m²), located on the top floor (accessible via a staircase from the last floor), but without a balcony (SOZ). In winter '26/27 also bookable for single use (SOE)

Deluxe room

With the same location and equipment as the double rooms (located either in the main or annex building), these are slightly more spacious, offer an additional whirlpool, feature a terrace, and have a pool view (DD2). Double room for single use (DD1).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late-riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, as well as a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included in the open bars 24 hours a day. At the beach, you receive local drinks, beer, and wine. The minibar is refilled daily with soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
