This modern holiday resort is separated from the gently sloping, fine sandy beach of Evrenseki only by the popular beach promenade. The center of Side can be reached in about 7 km; public minibus connections and taxis are available.

Summer:
The elegant beach hotel has a total of 300 rooms spread across four interconnected buildings, each with five floors (elevators available). Facilities include a spacious lobby with reception, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, a buffet restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants, several bars, a patisserie, a game hall (for a fee), an LCD satellite TV room, a conference room, a disco (for ages 18 and over), shops, a hairdresser (both for a fee), a well-equipped spa area, and a modern indoor pool (heated in winter) with a separate children's pool. Wi-Fi is included free of charge throughout the hotel up to 50 MB. The beautifully designed outdoor area features an amphitheater for evening entertainment, a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and another pool with water slides (opening hours for water slides and snack bars may vary depending on weather conditions), a pool/snack bar, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers with integrated cushions, beach towels, and umbrellas are included here. At the beach with a beach bar/snackbar, sun loungers with integrated cushions, sunshades, and beach towels are provided free of charge.

Superior Double Room (Summer 26)

Tastefully decorated in appealing colors, these rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, satellite TV with music channel, safe (for a fee in winter), laminate flooring, and a balcony (DSU). Double room for single use is available (for Summer 26, with more favorable conditions in the pre- and post-season in limited numbers, bookable under DEA/DEB/DEC/DED).
(The Superior Double Room for single occupancy is bookable under AYT867 as DSE).

Superior Double Room with Side Sea View (Summer 26)

Tastefully decorated in appealing colors, these rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, satellite TV with music channel, safe (for a fee in winter), laminate flooring, and a balcony with a side sea view (D2S). Double room for single use is available (1SD).

Superior Double Room Sea Side (AYT867)

The Superior Double Rooms Sea Side are similar in size and amenities to the double rooms with side sea view, but are oriented towards the sea (SMS).
Also bookable as single with child sea side (1MS).

Superior Room Bunk Bed (Summer 26)

Identical to the double rooms and, with otherwise similar amenities, also features a bunk bed for children and a side sea view (DAS).

Family Room Sea View

With amenities similar to the double rooms, these consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door and have a sea view (F2M).

Comfort Double Room (Summer 26)

With amenities similar to the Superior Double Rooms with side sea view for a maximum occupancy of 2+0, and including an additional bathrobe, a 15-minute trial massage, a fruit basket, and access to à la carte dining (2CD).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet (with diet corner), late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day. The minibar is restocked daily with still water, mineral water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

À la carte restaurants, freshly squeezed fruit juices, and imported drinks.
